Works great when it works
This is a very good machine in my opinion. Fast delivery, sturdy machine and I love that you can use aromatherapy with it.

Own 2 of them!
It’s Violet on both of the machines I purchased. And I purchased each at different times if that helps. going on 2 years now and haven’t had any problems besides rough employees, so have had to tighten the arms, lamp and base bolts a few times. I also only use distilled water and clean my steamers with vinegar at least 1x month. Great Machine, great value.

Defective product and awful customer service
I keep having this issue where the steamer keeps dropping. It does not stay at the height I place it. Iâve taken off the lamp, thinking it was weighing it down, but it still falls. In the video, I placed my hand below the steamer for reference so you can see it dropping and slowly reaching my hand. My client also confirmed that they feel the steam getting closer. It is sped up for time purposes but this happened in about 1 min 30 sec.I was trying to give them a chance to fix this and troubleshoot the product before asking for a refund. I contacted Omwah more than 3 times (email/store chat) over the span of months, would give them the information they asked for, and then would not receive a response. I finally ended up calling, and they confirmed they received these emails and would respond shortly but NEVER DID! I called again and no one answered, in fact, the voicemail box was apparently full, not sure what kind of business this is.I’m grateful I paid for the 2-year protection plan and Asurion issued my refund quickly without any issues. I would never consider ordering anything from Omwah again solely because of the horrible customer service experience.

Works just great!
Have only used this steamer/mag lamp a few days now but here’s the scoop so far. I like how easy it is to move around, the force of the steam and that it comes with an aroma therapy basket and several tools. With all that, it is not bulky. I like the arm of the magnifying lamp and it’s flexibility. I only wish the magnifying lamp were a little bigger and it wasn’t LED. It is very bright. Too bright for some customers. I have not yet used the tools but I am sure they are just fine. It seems like a nice little machine and especially for the price!

I really like the steamer however I could never get the high-frequency to work only to finally realize that the attachment is broken. I was never able to use that feature of the steamer. Everything else works good. I wish I wouldâve figured out sooner that it was broken.ð
