seems like quality product
After 2 weeks I noticed several changes. 1. my skin has seemed to improve. 2. my sleep has been good. Had a shoulder that bother me while sleeping and it has disappeared. My nails are growing thicker and stronger. Tend to have split names. They are expensive but its 16 pills a day that’s a lot. Have not notice any big changes in my memory but only 2 weeks on product. So far so good.

Clarity, Energy, Focus, Sleepâ¦check!
Iâve been taking this for just about two weeks. After trying a multitude of other supplements, I struggled to pull all-dayers (days with no naps), could focus for 20-30 minutes tops throughout the day, napped every day, and slept terribly when it was time to sleep at night. Since staying on top of this regimen and continuing my exercise routine, I canât express enough gratitude for finding this. One example is sitting and working on an important work project and finishing it in one 2.5 hour stretch without stopping or getting distracted or dealing with brain fog. Another example is doing a strenuous 4 mile hike, which we do annually, without slowing down or stopping. Iâm sleeping straight through the night regularly – I canât remember the last time I took a nap! I hope this lasts – I donât want to go back to feeling like Iâm dragging all day and staying up all night tossing and turning.

Iâve been a daily consumer of many different types of vitamins and used various nootropics for a while. I was intrigued by the product from a cost-save perspective since it Includes a lot of core nutrition I aim to supplement. Iâve been using the product for a week now, and Iâm not sure if I can say this is worth the cost. The day pack gets you kicked off strong, but my energy levels tend to drop 6hrs in the day. I felt longer and sustainable levels of energy with my personal supplement stack I put together. With that being said, I am a fan of the night pack. You get much better sleep and wake feeling more rested than typical. As a product, Iâd consider just buying the night pack standalone.Iâll finish out this month and provide a better update, if I remember lol.
