Tastes Great, Less Filling..! ð
Iâve been using this product for a little over a month, and I like the taste, itâs sweetened with Stevia.I mix it with water, and itâs good by itself, but I also mix it with Naked brand, Green Machine, which Iâve been using for about three years.About a 30/70 ratio works for me.Focus, Motivation, and a few other benefits have been my experience. It WORKS for me.

Supergreen drink packed with nutrients
There are a lot of nutrients packed into each scoop of Superfood Greens, which (in addition to all kinds of green ingredients) feature mushrooms and probiotics. At the top of the list are two of my favorites, spirulina and chlorella, both with ridiculous health benefits, so of course I had to try it.Like many of you, I’ve had less-than-optimal experiences with green powders in the past. They sound good, but then the flavor is undrinkably vile. So I approached these Superfood Greens with hope but trepidation. The jar arrived sealed. All good. The scoop was near the top, also good. The powder has a slight grassy smell, not offputting. Just add water and shake/stir. (They suggest adding it to a favorite beverage, but that’s not how I roll, especially since my favorite beverage is coffee, so no.)Flavor: I can taste the grassy ingredients, but since I like spirulina/chlorella/spinach, no problem there. However, the flavor that dominated was sweetener. Since there is no ingredient list on this page — for good reason, because it’s long — I wondered if the mix contained stevia. And yes, it does, plus there’s another “natural” sweetener derived from agave. I can’t stand stevia, which often gives me headaches, and I really wish that supplement producers, like OptimalHuman, would let customers sweeten to their own tastes using their own sweeteners. But, nope. Thus, I deduct a star, because although I like the rest of the mix, the sweetener is so offputting I’m not sure I’ll finish the jar. For people who don’t mind stevia, this is a great product.

Great product!
Quality product. I’ve tried other greens powders, and this one definitely tastes better than the other 2 I’ve tried. Shipped super fast. Made in the USA is a major plus.

Didnât like the taste
Both my husband and I drink our green drinks every morning. Unfortunately, while I like the ingredients in this product, I couldnât get over the taste. Weâll be stinking to our other green subscription.

Fine powder. Stirs into suspension. Smells like hay, wheatgerm.
As there are a lot of ingredients, I think people should be cautious about taking a full dose right off the bat – there could be something you are allergic to in the mix. It’s a very fine powder (almost an aerosol effect), and it clings to most everything. There’s a desiccant packet in there, and you might want to add more if in a humid environment. The first impression upon opening was of my grandparent’s hay barn. It stirred into suspension quite easily – but if you are going to sip it, you’ll have to stir it again to keep the material from settling.Of course, taste is subjective. The closest I could describe it is like wheatgerm. It seems obvious that there’s a lot of chlorophyl in the mix. Personally, I wouldn’t go out of my way to drink it for the taste; but I wouldn’t avoid drinking it, because of the taste, either.I don’t get enough greens in my diet, so I’ll keep taking it.The pics show a 1/2 scoop/dose in filtered water. Stirred about 20 seconds.

All in one wellness made in the USA with imported ingredients
Iâve been using Optimal Human Superfood Greens as part of my morning routine, and itâs become a staple. It blends a wide range of ingredients I was already trying to get separately: greens, functional mushrooms like lionâs mane, adaptogens like ashwagandha, digestive enzymes, plus prebiotics and over 10 billion CFU of probiotics, all in one easy to use scoop. The flavor is earthy but balanced, not too sweet, not too bitter, and it mixes easily in a shaker with cold water. No clumping or gritty texture, which is a win compared to some other greens powders Iâve tried.Since I started using it, Iâve noticed more consistent digestion, less bloating, and steadier energy throughout the day. The combination of prebiotics and probiotics seems to be working well for my gut health, and I appreciate the inclusion of ashwagandha and lionâs mane for focus and overall wellness. It’s made in the USA using imported ingredients, which is clearly stated on the label. While the results arenât drastic or instant, itâs one of those daily habits that quietly supports how you feel and function over time. For anyone looking for an all-in-one greens blend, this is a solid pick.

could not get past the taste
I truly don’t enjoy giving poor reviews as I know peoples time, energy and money have gone into a product but I just do not understand how this made it out of the production stage. The taste is truly just awful – and I don’t mean awful like it has a ‘healthy taste’. I mixed it with water and stopped after two sips. I really couldn’t imagine recommending it in your favorite drink which was the other suggested instruction.I cannot speak to any possible health benefits.
