Great Creatine, Tastes Way Better Than Most!
This creatine powder is solid! I noticed the effects pretty quickly, but of course, thatâs with training in the gym. If youâre just doing cardio, you probably wonât see much difference, but thatâs not the productâs faultâitâs like protein, you take it when youâre building muscle. It absolutely helps, and the taste is actually good, way better than the bland ones Iâve had. Personally, I prefer a flavored creatine, and this one keeps me motivated when training!

Tastes amazing
Mixes well with room temperature bottled water and it tastes like fruit flavored lemonade. It is super sweet. I’ve gained weight without having to work out from taking this product. I’m definitely buying again.

Good flavor but a little sweet
Has good flavor, just a little too sweet, It dissolves well. I’ve noticed an improvement in myself, I feel ith more energy specially during workouts.

Best creatine out there. I usually go for the flavorless one but I wanted to try the flavored version. Tastes pretty good! Iâve been using it for a while too and Iâm not sick of it

Optimum Nutrition is the way to go
Tastes great! Have been using ON for years. I quit using creatine for about 5 years. I just started again 4 weeks ago and in my leaning phase and what a difference in the way my body looks already. I do take it daily and workout 5 days a week. I will always use this brand, it’s the only one I see results with.

It’s still creatine serves its purposeIt just tastes so nasty and disgusting don’t buy it it is just a waste of money the only thing that ruined it was the flavor it tastes like only war yogurt and it is terrible I knew it wasn’t going come with a scoop because it said that and I still think it’s silly not to include one thought I was going to like it because blueberry lemonade sounded nice…….until it wasn’t it’s $14 pretty cheap for some creatine your better off spending a lot for some quality stuff so go and buy something unflavored and enjoyable BUT NOT THIS its you get what you pay for……..season learned DONT BE CHEAP!!!

Good flavor but No scoop and Artificial flavor
My husband bought this for himself. He was annoyed that it Didn’t have a scoop. The taste was good but it has other artificial flavoring that he wasn’t a fan of. this also breaks your intermittent fast.

It can be hard to dissolve at first, but this problem is fixed when you add more water. I’m not picky so I don’t mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!

Seems ok, I mix it with the portable whisk I got from Amazon and measure with the measuring spoons I got from Amazon too!
