Game changer
Well, what can I say other than this stuff is an absolute game changer. I’ve gained a solid 25 pounds of muscle which doesn’t sound like much but ask my close friends and family how solid i am now. I get called a unit, freak , animal and beast on a weekly basis now.I took the kids to the zoo a few weeks ago and we seen a silver back gorilla . We both made eye contact and he even noticed and turned around and ran off. You’ve got to try this stuff guys !

Very good creatine but for one small hiccup.
I have tried numerous of different brands and flavors of creatine and this one has to be my favorite. It would be a 5/5 stars but for one simple thing, they are too cheap to add a scoop in. I have several scoops from other containers I’ve gotten so it came to a surprise to me that one wasn’t included but for those that don’t have a scoop it can be annoying to get the serving size right without doing way too little or way too much.

I ve been doing my research about creatine and how important it’s this for women … so happily to say I found gold.. I take this every day like a supplement I’ve been working out and I noticed muscle growth and also in my skin definitely feel more energy as well.Just be aware that you will gained some weight but that it’s for the water retention in your muscle and nothing to be afraid off. Creatine has so many benefits. Also the blueberry lemonade it’s very tasty

It can be hard to dissolve at first, but this problem is fixed when you add more water. I’m not picky so I don’t mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!
