Works great and holding up well
Recommended by my PT and am very happy I got this brand as she recommended. Quality is excellent and itâs holding its firmness very well with a lot of use. Has just the right amount of give so itâs not too hard, but still very firm and sturdy.

Foam Roller
I have been having trouble with my hip, thigh, and knee and it was suggested by my daughter in law, who is a multi-marathon runner, that I get a foam roller. Then my Doctor, Sports Med Doctor and Physical Therapist that I had to see all suggested that I have one. It is AMAZING!!!! Not only do I work my IT band out, but my quads, calves, back, and hamstrings are all happy I got it. I roll my kinks out 2-3 times a day and I feel so much better. I plan to take it with me when I run my first marathon so I can roll before and after. I would highly recommend this to anyone, not just runners. And don’t wait until you NEED it.

Great neck and back roll
Iâve been having neck pain so my brother recommended this roller and it really has helped to roll out my sore neck !! The roller is very firm and I like it!!

Good – but I expected (and wanted) it to be softer.
I bought this to add to my collection of foam rollers of various sizes and densities.This one is great overall. Size is as stated. Very sturdy.Though I was assuming that “moderate” density meant “medium” density wheras I would say this thing is quite hard. Not as hard as a hard, molded plastic roller but definitely harder than my other foam rollers.

Poor quality
Ive used optp products for years and when I ordered this roller it is poor quality. It is not the usual quality for OPTP foam rollers. This roller is small foam pieces Placed together that feels and looks like it will not last. It also has manufacturer indented circles down it. The product arrive early and that part was great.
