Customers say

Customers find this electric toothbrush effective, noting it works as well as more expensive models while being better value for money. The toothbrush receives positive feedback for its cleaning ability, making teeth feel clean and helping reduce stains, while being well-made and long-lasting. The battery life receives mixed reviews – while some say it lasts weeks, others report it dies quickly. The size is also mixed, with customers appreciating its portability but noting the brush head feels oversized. Customers find the toothbrush noisy.

Favorite Toothbrush! I Won’t Buy Anything Else!
I have been using this toothbrush for years, but every few years I do buy a new one because like ANY toothbrush, they get a little crusty here and there. Who wants that?I was shocked to read on Oral B’s site (which won’t let me register to leave a good review) all the bad reviews. First, I have no idea if it whitens or not, I just like the brush and the complete action and cross action heads both fit either model.I will address complains on Oral B’s site, in case someone has these questions:1. The head is hard to remove and you are not given a tool: It’s confusing at first, but read the picture directions and it’s easy. There is at tool provided and you get a new tool every time you buy new heads. The tool has a little knob on it that fits into a tiny hole at the base of the brush head/top of the neck. You press that in there and it pops the head up, then you pull the head off and simply snap the new one one. EASY!2. Someone said they took the head off their sons brush and it had mold. I’ve used this for years, I change my head about every 2 – 3 months because I brush hard, my folks change less often because they don’t wear out heads like I do, and I have never seen mold, mildew, or anything. Once in a while a little toothpaste build up, I do run it under hot water though before putting on a new head. I also rinse it before and after I brush really well. I also had my brush in a sanitize unit for years that gets warm and dries your brush, but it has died, they no longer sell it, so I plan to to use the snap on ones and hang it up right on the wall so it can dry properly. However, on vacations, I’ve left it laying all over the place for up to 2 weeks and never found mold!3. I read batteries fail quickly. Nope. Nobody in my family has had battery problems, the probably last a good 6 + months before it starts to slow down to the point where you need to pop in 2 more. I’d say, I change my batteries max, 3 times a year. All in all, this is a great toothbrush. It keeps my teach very clean, nothing ever left over in there! I also currently have braces on (yes, I’m an adult) and my dentist always remarks on I am the only person who comes in with clean braces. Granted, most people that she sees with braces are well under my age and probably don’t brush like they should, but still, I think a manual brush would not do nearly as well in the all the little crevices that come with braces and wires and bands that the electric one can do. I used the brush before I had braces also.I highly recommend this for price and quality.

    Recommend this toothbrush!
Love this toothbrush! I needed an affordable electric toothbrush that could get the job done and this one did the trick. Just have to replace the batteries every once in a while but it lasts a pretty long time!

    push button power, not sliding
Just purchased another as we moved and I now use our second bathroom just as often as the master bathroom. The whole mixed color grab bag approach is a little less than deseriable. I managed to randomly get the absolutely last color I would’ve ever picked. Aside than black which I don’t think they make it in.I saw some reviews stating how disgusting the top got when they took the head off to change it. Absolutely just like anything else you put in your mouth that’ll happen if you don’t clean it. Not really any different than a mouth guard or dentures that you use over and over in your mouth.Even silverware. Honestly it’s more like silverware than we think. My dentist compared electric toothbrushes to silverware. Essentially everything that touches your any piece of silverware you use in a day touches your toothbrush. Treat your toothbrush half as good as your silverware. Don’t leave it exposed on the bathroom counter for the toilet water particles to drop into, you wouldn’t dip your fork in the toilet and then eat your salad with it. And clean your toothbrush, you wouldn’t use the same fork for every meal for a month and never wash it, why would you want to do that with a toothbrush, in particular one with moving parts for all those food particles to get stuck in. Sounds gross, but it is gross, and you put it in your mouth he said. There’s a reason you don’t keep regular toothbrushes for years and years.Simply clean it. I clean mine everytime I clean my night guard or sports guard. I use the same tablets you can buy to soak dentures in. Two cups one for the toothbrush and one for the guard. Dizzolve tablet in warm water drop toothbrush in top down. And when I change the head. The color on the rubber part may fade, some have others have not, but my toothbrush isn’t gross. The best thing about this toothbrush is that the power switch is an actual push button, not a sliding button. I can never get the sliding ones to slide without using both hands.I had a rechargable Oral-B toothbrush just like this, but after about 15 years it decided it was done charging. Finding a replacement with the dual action head was difficult. I don’t mind that it’s battery operated vs rechargable. The battery life is generally really good, I purchased one previously for my travel bag. However the battery that came with it is junk, it lasted about a month. Regular batteries last so long I can’t even remember when I last changed it.Changing the head can be a little tricky the first time, but the directions are pretty straight forward.

The screenshot is the product description on your Amazon listing. This toothbrush comes with none of those features. Plus, you sent me a pink toothbrush when the image is clearly blue. Even though you say “Colors may vary”, you should let people know that it could vary this much.
