Customers say

Customers find this electric toothbrush effective and appreciate its sleek design, with one noting it provides a dentist-like clean. The toothbrush is comfortable to hold and easy to set up, with teeth feeling great after use. However, the battery life is problematic as it stops holding charge, and durability is mixed with some units breaking after one year. Value for money receives mixed feedback, with some saying it’s worth the price while others find it expensive.

It’s absolutely amazing 👏! What a game changer!
I actually purchased the io 9 series on Amazon almost a month ago. I’m not happy I purchased it day’s before it went on sale. It’s whatever.. Honestly I have to say this toothbrush is absolutely no joke and worth every dollar I paid. The io series is great I went with the io9 series because it comes with 4 brush heads that’s good for around a year or more depending on how you use them . Also the lcd screen Honestly not necessary but I love it.. Most important the performance. This toothbrush cleans better than my dentist has … My teeth get whiter on every use even while I’m using mouth freshener paste. I can only imagine if I try out some heavy grit whitner paste. Also I’m using it on daily clean not the highest level. It’s an amazing toothbrush. If the battery dies it has a 2 year warranty or you can just buy a better 14500 battery Oral-B built this unit to be easy to service. As far as mold building up that’s not happening with me. I use warm water to rinse out the brush head and main unit. I almost didn’t purchase this because of people talking about mold build up! Smh . Honestly rinse it off as you would any tooth brush and dry it off and also let it air out & charge in a dry area. Please do not stick sharp things like picks in the top of the brush handle. There is a rubber seal that protects water from getting into the electronics and if you poke at it black stuff will come out because the seal is made out of black rubber! I will update this review if there are any issue’s. If this is all your seeing know I’m a very happy customer and it’s working 💪! I do not like I paid much more than the current sale price is but it’s whatever…

Game Changer for Oral Hygiene – But Battery Life Falls Short
The Oral-B iO Series 9 was my first electric toothbrush, and I can confidently say it transformed my oral hygiene. I thought I had been doing a good job with manual brushing, turns out, I was wrong. The “app” integration was another surprise. I initially doubted I’d use it long-term, but it proved incredibly helpful in identifying missed areas and improving my brushing technique. While I’m unsure of the app’s absolute precision, my results have been noticeable, even my dental hygienist commented on the improvement! Now for the downside: battery life. Oral-B advertises over two weeks of battery life with two 2-minute sessions per day, but in reality, that was not even close. My unit barely lasted a week at first and eventually struggled to hold a charge for even two days. Fortunately, the warranty process was excellent—quick and hassle-free. It took exactly one week from return to replacement. That said, my replacement brush isn’t much better in terms of battery life, even after just a month of use. While this is frustrating, the improvements to my dental health outweigh the drawback, and I highly recommend this toothbrush despite the battery issue. If you get one, register it immediately to take advantage of the two-year warranty as you may need it!

    Hi-end electric toothbrush
Here’s my look at it:This toothbrush is for lazy people who just don’t like morning routines. Powered toothbrushes clean so much better compared to manual ones! This one has so much power my gums bled at the beginning. What I like:- long handle, can reach places you wouldn’t reach with short toothbrush- timer that shows how long do you have to brush for- battery lasts (took it on a trip with no charger, 1 week daily use – no problem, can probably last even longer)- changing this battery is possible – bottom unscrews, no glue/adhesive/buy a new unit bs! – thank you, Braun engineers- relatively impact resistant. I dropped it 3 times on a hard tile floor, and it survived the fall. You shouldn’t test it, because it depends which way it falls and on what surface, but mine is fine.- has an app. This app allows you to track what teeth exactly you have brushed, but I found it excessive, while it is a ‘wow’ technology for someone who are crazily obsessed with oral hygiene, I am just brushing without it now.Which one to pick? Honestly, I’d go with io7 if you don’t care about bells and whistles, especially if the price is tasty. If it costs around $200, go with this one. What I don’t like:- I wish manufacturer let me position toothbrush vertically in the case (make a small indentation for it to stand), instead of dismantling it every time when I travel- heads for it are kinda expensive- can be expensive, not a regular dollar store purchaseTLDR; Hi-end electric toothbrush for lazy people who would want a quality teeth cleaning with some of the features that I found excessive, but otherwise built robust and does its job well.

    Encourages thorough brushing!
I have enjoyed using this toothbrush since the day I got it. In a few months it will be 3 years since I purchased it, and have had no issues with battery life. I keep it on the charger at all times except when traveling. (This is my third Oral B electric toothbrush and I’ve never had a battery issue of any kind.)The travel case is great. One thing to be aware of is that the case itself doesn’t re-charge the toothbrush–you need to have the brush in the case and have the charger charging the case. The 2 minute brushing reminder (which vibrates at 30 second intervals until you’re finished) works very well–it definitely keeps me brushing longer than I would otherwise! I don’t bother with the app, although I probably should! Also, doesn’t vibrate your brains in your head like the Sonicare does. Good job, Oral B!

I got this a few weeks ago. I couldn’t get it anywhere in Australia so had to order from us with us cables. It’s a really nice toothbrush you do feel super clean after if you’ve brushed correctly. I have come from the rose gold sonic care (another expensive toothbrush) – this is great but having to have my open and app open all the time is annoying.Look great product only thing is I don’t think it’s worth the nearly AUD500 I paid. But I’d rather have clean teeth snd have good oral hygiene then visit the dentist. So it’s worth it I get. Still can’t get five stars I feel something is missing still for this price can’t figure it out but something.Happy brushing!

Used this thing for a month now, and to be honest I felt really foolish to spend this much on a toothbrush but it has single handedly for me been worth it. Gums no longer bleed anymore and have gotten a lot better, brushing patterns have gotten a lot better with the help of the app and other features, after I finish I feel like I just got out of a cleaning and my teeth just feel a lot cleaner now, some people this may not be worth it but for me this has 1000% been worth every penny

Unfortunately the display stopped working after 6 weeks. Very disappointed.Fortunately the local Singapore Braun Service Centre replaced the toothbrush under warranty. However, unfortunately it was replaced with the only available handle color of Black, and not the great pink handle color that we originally purchased.
