Great product!
Great brush. I had one for about 15 year and it was time to get a new one. Works great and has 3 speeds which the old one did not have. It also uses the same heads as the old one. The only thing is the cord is about 2 feet shorter that the old one so I could not keep it in the same place.

I read this tooth brush is excellent for cleaning teeth but is extremely loud. I placed an order but then decided not to go ahead with using this toothbrush as all my oral b tooth brushes are relatively quiet. Also, my recent purchase from Amazon was the Aquasonic Black series . It is amazing as it cleans beautifully and is super quiet. I know Oral b makes exceptional toothbrushes, but I personally cannot have a very loud toothbrush in my mouth early in the morning and at night when people are sleeping. Please read posted reviews of those stating the sound affect from the oral b pro 1000.

Personally, I have my own Oral B spinning brush; and truly believe that for good oral health that everyone should have one. I bought this for my daughter after going through the tirade of purchasing multiple toothbrushes over time; I decided she needed one. For the amount I spent, I was better off buying one of these and purchasing the brushes separately (3rd party sellers offer the same brushes for a fraction of the cost).Overall, my daughter enjoys brushing a lot more and she can really concentrate on the tough areas and give it a proper cleaning. I think anything electronic automatically saves time and convenience; but sometimes these actually are beneficial than the traditional method. Her teeth are much more cleaner and I find that she now takes time brushing her teeth rather than the traditional method of quickly brushing and going. What a difference. Battery life is great and one thing which may not be apparent; if you accidentally unplug the unit; your Toothbrush may not start once you push the Power Button. If you reconnect the Unit with the Toothbrush docked; it will immediately start. It just needs a quick kick of electricity. I also told her that the Unit will remind her to switch the location of the brush in her mouth as there is a 30 second reminder. She thought at first that when there was something wrong with the Toothbrush.I purchased this on Sale and it was a few dollars cheaper than Walmart which also had it on Sale. At the end of the day; it’s a great and valuable purchase to maintain good oral health with kids.
