Great. Book! UseColored Pencils
During my recovery, I was anxious about everything I couldnât do, I needed something to help me manage my anxiety so I could focus on healing. This book was great fun and so engaging. Lots of âlightâ (just enough) coloring, engaging prompts that provoked use of mindfulness and good coping tools. Now ⦠The pages are a âdecentâ weight but not colored marker worthy (mine didnât bleed though but darkened back page) so get a colored pencils and ENJOY!.

Love it.
Has so good prompts. Lots of stuff to think about and color. Itâs been a good nighttime routine to help me unwind before bed. The paper isnât thin so my markers donât bleed through the pages.

OBSESSED
This is the most magical book ever! Itâs clever, mindful, thought provoking. Itâs creative and artistic. I use gel pens to color since the pictures can be on the smaller side. I just bought another book for a friend and Iâm going to buy another one for my 12 yr old daughter. BUY IT!

Love this activity book
Iâm loving this book so far. This is more of an activity book, equal coloring opportunities though. These pages and activities are geared towards grounding, mindfulness, and gratitude. Definitely a great book to draw your attention to at the end of a stressful day or when feeling anxiety/panic.Overall, I am so happy with this purchase. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for- creativity and equal mindfulness.10/10 purchase

Pretty decent variety
I feel like the variety is nice. But i wish some were better thoght out like there is a page that says to cut it out but there is an activity on the other side so it would be ruined also again the pages are so thin it really limits what you can use particularly the coloring pages i just wish designers considered this

Perfect, Simple, For Everyone
I love this!!!I am so excited to use it.It is so ADHD friendly. Since you can start anywhere. There is no order it has to be done with. And the pages are all simple but not in a way that would bore you. This will definitely help with my OCD / PTSD / ADHDRacing mind. Overwhelming thoughts ð. And identifying what the issue is at the moment. I think it will be really great for getting to know yourself better, even if that isn’t your intent.I also think this. Would be great for setting out on table in a class ( high school , collage , church ) any where people can just do a page to calm. Maybe even wiring rooms.I think Out Of Your Mind will be great for almost any age old enough to read. Kids and grandparents.I ordered 2 more. They will be great for when I need to hand out a gift !! ð

So great when I need to take my mind off of everything else in the world. Fun to color and create my own little activities within it. Thereâs lots of freedom but also direction with all the pages. Iâve been recommending it to everyone- BUY IT!

This book is a great idea, just too small. I would have liked it to be the normal colouring book size. Half the size of a normal coloring book.

La textura de la portada es super suevecita, las hojas están poquitito delgadas, no recomiendo para marcadores pero si para colores, tamaño perfecto para colorear sin cansarte, super lindo.

I love how the book offers a variety of exercises to suit different moods and preferences. The paper quality is also excellent, making it a joy to write and color. This book is a great tool for mindfulness and self-care. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a healthy distraction from anxious thoughts.”Out of Your Mind” journal and coloring book is indeed suitable for hostellers (or students living in hostels) who may be away from home and facing academic pressure, homesickness, or adjusting to new environments. The book offers a healthy outlet for expressing emotions, relaxing, and unwinding. The portable size of the book makes it easy to carry around, and the activities can be done in short breaks between studies or during downtime. It’s a great way for hostellers to manage stress, anxiety, or feelings of loneliness, and cultivate mindfulness and self-care habits.
