Big planner for big plans & feelings
If you are a serious, down to the half-hour, planner who wants to also keep a page of notes and thoughts and feelings about each week, this is for you. Every week has two page layouts. One for the ‘what you have to do’ and one for ‘how you felt about it.’ The cover has a nice canvas cover that is tactile and grippy, so it’s easy to hold. It will get dirty easier than the fake leather ones, but it won’t scratch and get shabby nearly as fast. The paper is nice and thick so every pen we tried didn’t bleed through. Where this shines is that you can tie the activities of the day to your reactions to that day and keep the notes together. This makes it a really excellent way to increase your internal awareness throughout the day because all day the thoughts linger around how you feel so you can capture it at the end of the day. It is well thought out and well executed.

Good Resource for Self-Care
I work in the mental health field and encourage not only clients, but also family and friends to write down their thoughts, so I think that this is an excellent resource.First, since this 90 Day Panda planner/journal is undated, someone using this can feel comfortable to begin using this right away. The user can keep track of the months and more importantly, daily scheduling, encounters, challenges, and victories. The prompts are useful as the user is not just writing down his or her thoughts, but also can track their mood. Which may help the user to see a pattern. There are also places where the user can reflect, journal, draw, paste something inside, according to their unique way of processing things. Also, the notes section is helpful as well for additional thoughts, and the three bookmarks are useful as the user may want to be able to quickly have access to a certain page without fumbling to find it.Furthermore, the journal/planner is more attractive than a standard notebook. I stress that as some people I know want to keep their journals in visible site so that they can quickly reference them. So, this type of journal would look much better on a shelf or a desk than a spiral notebook that costs a couple of dollars, and the Panda journal/planner would also be more durable. However, being that it is a soft cloth material, I did notice that it can stain rather easily.

Pepto-pink, cheap fabric cover
I’m a fan of Panda and their planners; I’ve been using them for 7 years. This product is disappointing though. It does not look AT ALL like the pictures from either Amazon or the Panda Planner website. I was expecting a pink-ish hued lavender journal, but instead got one that matches Pepto Bismol perfectly ð (“Differences in screen displays” doesn’t come close to accounting for the discrepancy; I have a retina display). The chief thing is that there is no way this cover will hold up for the 12 months the journal is for. It is very thin cotton fabric, equivalent to low-quality quilting cotton, with no sealant or wax protectant. I was expecting something woven and durable. This is not it. I really want the mood tracking feature (which is why it gets 3 stars instead of just 2) so I will be disguising it to hide the color and also add contact paper to provide some durability and easy cleaning. If you’re into Barbiecore, know you’re not getting something that looks like the the product images, and don’t need durability, you’ll be a happy camper…

There’s so much to love
My husband loves Panda Planners, so when I ran across this one, I decided to give it a try. I can absolutely see why he loves them. This “Mental Health” planner is, for the most part, extremely well made, with thick and durable pages, a strong elastic to hold it shut, and a hard cloth cover. The green color is also cheerfully Spring-like, which I love. That cover causes me slight concern, though, because it was already dented in two places when it arrived. The dents aren’t too bad, so we’ll see. The back pocket also feels flimsy and easy to tear, so I’ll have to be extra careful with it, but otherwise, the planner is the nicest I’ve owned. It also has one of the best layouts. it’s intuitive with plenty of space to write and good placement of the guided thoughts (âIâm grateful forâ, âIâm excited about,â and âprioritiesâ at the top of each dayâs schedule column and âTodayâs winsâ and âHow Iâll improveâ at the bottom. Those sections are large enough to jot down brief thoughts but not so large that they feel daunting. At the end of each week, the book offers a âMood Trackerâ with entries per day and a blank page for âJournaling â Reflection â Creativity.â And at the beginning of the journal, 12-month grids, 1 per page, offer the chance to write monthly notes, the monthâs goals, âreason why,â and âdistractions to avoid.âItâs all quite simple yet the journal gives me the exact tools I need to determine what truly matters to me and to keep me focused on those items. The big downside for me is the size of this journal. Itâs described as 8.5×11 inches, and it is, but thatâs per page, so itâs truly 17×11 inches when open. Itâs not a heavy journal, but that size does make it bulky and not something Iâm going to be able to carry around with me all day. If I canât keep it with me, Iâm not entirely certain how effective it will be.Iâm going to do my best, though, because I think this journal will be a powerful tool if I can figure out the best way to use it. 4.5 Stars rounded up to 5.

Makes it easy to write out my ideas.
A bit expensive for what it is but it is laid out well. Makes it easy to get my ideas down.

Great for handling anxiety/depression
I have always suffered with anxiety and depression and needed some structure to help me not spiral into my own thoughts and found this planner to be extremely useful. The planner is undated so you can use it for 3 months whenever you want and each week layout has a habit/focus area so you can write a different focus for each week, a morning routine if you want to set some goals for the morning, a schedule to plan the day and an evening routine which clearly lays out your days which make it much easier to plan the whole day.
