easy to prepare
Pegan diet is a unique blend of two powerful diet which I find truly interesting. The recipes included on this book are refreshing, with accessible ingredients (which you can get anywhere even from Walmart), easy to prepare, and very healthy. I love the twists on each menu and how the ingredients come together to pull off an exciting, delicious meals. I also love how nuts and other fruits were added to make a flavorful dish like cashews, pomegranate and more. The smoothies and other desserts seem divine! If you’re a lover of asparagus like me, you’ll definitely love the sauteed asparagus dish here. If you wanted to keep an exciting meal at home, at the same time, ensuring the quality and health value of each food you serve in your table, I highly recommend this book. I definitely want to share this with my family and friends.

The book had a lot of recipes but none really I would make. But they were well thought out.

Not Vegan At All
According to this book, animal protein is fine in moderation and two eggs are recommended daily. That’s just not vegan. Write about whatever diet you want, but please don’t try to sell it as vegan. Veganism isn’t about consuming animal products in moderation, and it’s totally misleading to title this book as a Paleo/Vegan cookbook.

A cookbook that does not make senseð
The recipes are good. However the cookbook on it self is poorly done. You must be a creative cook to figure out what is actually in the recipe and how it is put together. If you donât cook often this is not the cook for you

Pegan?
This book is not “pegan”. Pegan + Vegan = Pegan, however, this book has eggs and meat in quite a few recipes. Was looking for a book where I wouldn’t have to work out all of the substitutions, this wasn’t it.

Well, that was an interesting read. Megan diet certainly has a lot going for it. It combines the best of vegan and Paleo dietary guidelines so you know you are set to enjoy a varied and healthy diet.The recipes in this cookbook are simple, use everyday grocery items and easy to prepare.I have seen a few recipes, especially the breakfast pancake recipes which I am looking forward to eatingð
