This is REALLY great! Drink water though!
So years ago, I used to love a supplement called Tight! And they changed the formula and I moved on . Iâve tried to find something similar and couldnât until now! There are several parts to this review, so bare with me:- Take ONE pull at first. Trust me on this. Iâm a 6 foot tall woman and chunky, so I was really expecting for it to not have any affect on me â I was WRONGGGGG! Now, I wonât say that it will give you the super jitters, but it does feel time released. Iâd feel a surge through my body every once in a while and then more energy. Just right now I got the tingles lol- DRINK WATER! Please do not take this lightly. I usually drink about a gallon of water a day, but this time, I didnât because Iâd been distracted running around, flying through errands on this stuff. However, a lack of water while using this will ABSOLUTELY give you a major headache. So drink up!- Donât push yourself too hard. Yes, these pills give you extra energy, but I went through my errands like a maniac and then felt like dookie afterwards. Probably because of the lack of water though. Today, Iâve done about half a gallon after I started getting a headache again and now I feel even more energized and the headache is gone.Bonus: I have ADHD. Iâm not saying these are miracle pills but I stopped taking my ADHD meds for a few days just in case they didnât mesh. I have been able to concentrate more and get my work done. Flying through books, making sure I have my priorities done etc etc.- Iâm seeing my weight go down slowly. Iâve lost a pound in just a couple of days and my appetite is very chill.Iâm super grateful and will update in a month!

Well, I’ve been working out since I was 14, I’ve struggled for many years and I’m addicted to the gym. I’ve taken everything, every supplement on the face of the earth and every type of anabolic possible. In fact, anabolic was only 6 cycles in my life but for two years I’ve been doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) because I had hypogonadism and consequently depression. Testosterone is the best drug in the world. But… my goal has never been to lose weight, but to gain it, except now that the cruel and wild creature called age is coming and accumulating that nasty belly fat. Some thermogenics made me sick in the past when I used to just speed up the metabolism, such as Lipo 6 Black… but it made me really sick and collapsed my liver. I thought I was going to die and I never took anything with high doses of caffeine again. Okay, so I took a good look at my stubborn belly and decided to take a chance on this product. He is good! It works! I lost 6 centimeters of belly in a few days of use and it reduces visceral fat which is very important. I have an impedance balance and I’ve been following everything, but obviously I’ve exercised and lots of water along with it. Don’t think that life is easy and it’s no use sacrificing your body if you are sedentary and eat junk food. My advice is to forget everything that is processed, canned, spicy and has sugar, starch, trans fat or fructose. Tip: Only take one a day until you get used to it! You will sweat a lot, you will speed up your resting heartbeat, you will get horny and you will want to have sex more often. Excellent product!

The product works as advertised.Iâm 425â.6â148LbsIâm good shape. I work out about 3 days a week for 1.5 hours with intensity and sprints.I just started and only took one pill.My first day with the pill ð was a little intense.I drank double the water I normally. And felt a little grumbling in my stomach so I ate some peanut butter. Thinking it would take the very mild nausea away. The water helped the most. I wasnât too keen on the jitters and fast heart rate. So I went to the gym to get the energy out.My work out was better with my oxygen level high. And I didnât notice as much exhaustion as normal. I had a great performance. And didnât feel hungry so its a decent appetite suppressant.I donât totally like how I feel on the one pill. Taken at 9:30am and felt back normal around 3-4pm.I would definitely caution when taking this. I will say as an Avid health nut I found very similar result without jitters and still some craving but felt best onOrganic coffee with coconut oil in that. And raw veggies with hummus, and a large tea with Apple cider vinegar, lemon, and honey. If you were to go the more natural diet.Be care with the caffeine intake on top of the pill. Iâd recommend none or decaf. And donât take too close to bed time.Hope this helped

After taking only one capsule â half of the recommended two-capsule dose â my blood pressure increased significantly from 112/71 to 174/132. In addition to the concerning change in blood pressure, I experienced severe side effects, including nausea, symptoms resembling a fever, and heightened anxiety.Given the seriousness of these reactions, I strongly urge extreme caution regarding the use of this product. In my opinion, it poses a significant health risk, and I cannot recommend its use to anyone. Based on my experience, I would never feel safe taking the full recommended dose.I respectfully request that this feedback be escalated appropriately for review, and I encourage others to exercise great caution if considering this product.
