Customers say

Customers find the water flosser effective at cleaning between teeth and appreciate its ease of use, with helpful operating instructions and thorough owner’s manual. The device is super powerful, with strong force even on low settings, and has long-lasting battery life, with one customer noting it provides at least 20 uses on a single charge. Build quality and value for money receive mixed reviews – while some find it well-made and worth the money, others report it breaking after three months and consider it overpriced. Several customers report water leakage issues, with water running down the device and leaking from the reservoir.

Best WaterPik Flosser …. So Far!
I really like this product. First, it is easy to set up and use and owner’s manual is brief but thorough. It is well made and the reservoir is simple to fill and is top shelf dishwasher safe! It charges from a dead battery to full in less than an hour. It does a great job. Has several settings to customize your flossing experience. It does a wonderful job and my teeth feel cleaner even after first use. I suggest you use it in the shower until you are familiar with the unit’s operation. It’s comforter or to operate and a decent value for the money. I most highly recommend this for adult users.

Great floss option to add to your routine
It works well, it cleans my gums and I use it about 3 times a week. It’s very powerful and I make sure I keep it in my mouth, because the water pressure is firm. Value for the money. I’m glad I bought it to help remind me to floss more often.

Still Not As Good as the Original
I held off buying this one for about 3 or 4 years because the price, plus reviews, of every iteration has been only about 50/50. Go back about 8 years and I purchased the first version – which I absolutely loved! The way the flosser delivered the water almost in strong puffs or bursts made it easy to use, really helped target between the teeth, and felt more like regular flossing. The problem is that for almost $100, the units broke or wore out after about 12 to 18 months. I bought 2 units – 1 after the first broke, and then finally gave up and went back to regular flossing when the 2nd died.I finally decided to try some more water ‘flossers’, but after 2 different types from other companies, they felt more like waterpik type systems which I find really distracting, with too much water and not enough direct targeting. This new unit had all the buzz words to make me think they finally came back with a more robust version of my favorite, so I decided to spend the money again. Is it a reincarnation of my favorite? Not quite. It has a more defined stop and go feel like the old version, but it’s much wetter. More of a blend between the old while using the streaming of a waterpik type device. It’s better than some of the other brands I tried, but not enough that it makes me eager to use it every day.I’m still playing with the settings, but it doesn’t have the same feel. I do like that you can now take the entire body apart to fill the water reservoir vs having to use the small hatch. Overall, it’s ok. But it’s not the model I loved no matter how many times they talk about the ‘burst’ system. I wish they would bring the old one back. I’m hoping that this one at least lasts longer.

    Fresh and clean
Portable, easy to use and does the job. I’ve been using my water flosser for a few weeks and so far I love it. It’s easy to pack and take on trips as well. Yes I would recommend this product. I’ve also purchased one for my daughter in law and my brother and they both love it as well.

    Better than Waterpik
This was bought as a replacement for a waterpik I had forever. The sonicare is so much better than the waterpik! I love how easy it is to keep clean and dry. The tank completely unscrews from the top of the device. My old waterpik did not do this and got buildup inside the tank which was totally inaccessible to clean.

    False advertising
Item was advertised as charging throughUSB-C, having a travel pouch, and having a case for the nozzle tips. None of this was true. The charging port is some proprietary plug that nothing else uses and no accessories were included with the system. For what it’s worth, the flosser itself works and does a decent job of removing food particles and plaque.

Pump on Black 3000 Broke Within First Charging Cycle
After using the PHILLIPS SONICARE CORDLESS POWER FLOSSER 3000 (WHITE), I loved it so much, I ordered a second “3000” flosser in black from the same Amazon product page. The white flosser has a USB charger cable, the black flosser has a proprietary 2-pronged charger cable. I think that the 2-pronged cable comes with an older model “3000” flosser, though the packaging on on my two flossers is identical (except for the color). The white flosser is performing beautifully through at least two charging cycles. The black flosser has failed completely within the very first charging cycle. I was concerned at first that there was something wrong with the black flosser’s rechargeable battery, but now I think that the pump controller is the problem. When the flosser handle is fully charged, pressing the on/off button on the failed flosser causes the pump to operate in short bursts, if at all. The pump sometimes runs continuously, if the flosser is held tip down so that water can run through it into a sink.My guess is that water gets into the handle during flossing, and eventually reaches the pump, causing it to fail. Failure after a short time seems to be a problem with Waterpik cordless flossers as well as with these Phillips Sonicare cordless flossers. There is no question but that water flossers clean between my teeth much more effectively than dental floss. I need to use a water flosser, so I’ll have to keep searching for one that lasts at least a year, or that doesn’t build up black mold in the wand like some noncordless Waterpik flosser models do.You may want to purchase warranty coverage, if it’s available, for any water flosser purchase. Also, be sure to read the one-star reviews for any water flosser you are about to buy.

The product was good, but the packaging came soaked. Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted.Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.

I’ve bought the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 three times now—once for myself and twice as gifts—and it’s been a hit every time! The Quad Stream technology makes flossing feel effortless and super effective. It leaves your mouth feeling incredibly clean, and my dentist even gave it a thumbs up at my last checkup!I also love how quiet it is—way quieter than other water flossers I’ve tried. The cordless design makes it super convenient for travel or small bathrooms, and the battery life is solid.Everyone I’ve gifted it to has loved it, and I honestly can’t imagine my dental routine without it now. Totally worth it for healthier gums and a fresher smile!

Good value for the product. Came in sealed and new with charge and plug but was disappointed for the Travel Case as per description and it was NOT FOUND in the box.Part of choosing this 3000 model than 2000 was also for the bag that I can put inside when I travel.
