    BEST VALUE
BEST IN ITS OWN CLASS – By far the best electric toothbrush SONICARE has offered and it’s well worth the investment. The 9500 Rose Gold model has a pearlized white handle, its durable and looks great. The lowest vibrational setting great for sensitive gums and an incredible improvement over previous models, so no need to buy a sensitive care brush. The higher settings are also improved and well calibrated and doesn’t have that grinding sensation attributed to the more economic models I’ve purchased in the past. The brushes are also improved and this model comes with 3 brushes in the box, all with dust covers, (not pictured in the product description): Teeth whitening and plaque removal, Gum care, and Tongue care. This is the only model with the Tongue Care mode and the special brush attachment. The Diamond Clean Smart 9900 costs $100 more and doesn’t include this mode and the special brush. The battery life is good – about 12 days. This model doesn’t include a case for the brushes, but they easily fit into the glass charger along with the handle. The app syncs easily to blue tooth and set up was easy. SONICARE DIAMOND CLEAN SMART 9000 gets 5 Stars!!!

Leaves teeth as clean as when you get a cleaning at the dentist.
Excellent gum care, and my teeth feel as squeaky clean as after a cleaning at the dentist. The settings are very easy to use, and adjust.Very functional yet sleek design, and easy to charge whether you are home, ( with the glass, or just the small attachment to the base.) or on vacation in the case. The size is bigger than a typical manual toothbrush of course, but really not too big, it fits easily in my hand.Overall the value is great because it keeps my teeth clean from plague, and helps to prevent cavities from forming.

    The Rolls Royce of Toothbrushes
Let me start by saying this: if my teeth could throw a party, they’d invite the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9500 as the guest of honor. This toothbrush is the Beyoncé of oral care—expensive, yes, but absolutely worth it. Sure, my wallet cried a little, but my teeth have never been happier, so I consider it a fair trade.Durability: This thing is built like a tank. I’ve dropped it more times than I’d like to admit (blame my morning clumsiness), and it still works like a champ. It’s survived my butterfingers and my dog’s attempts to steal it for a chew toy. If this toothbrush were a person, it’d be that friend who always has their life together while the rest of us are just trying to survive.Charging Capability: The charging glass is chef’s kiss. Not only does it look like something Tony Stark would design, but it also charges wirelessly. No fumbling with cords—just plop it on the glass, and it powers up like magic. The battery life is impressive too. I charged it once, forgot about it for weeks, and it was still going strong. It’s like the toothbrush version of a marathon runner.Travel Case: The travel case is a game-changer. It’s sleek, compact, and even has a USB port to charge the brush on the go. I took it on a weekend trip, and my friends were so impressed they thought I was secretly a millionaire. Joke’s on them—I just have impeccable taste in toothbrushes.Value for Money: Yes, it’s pricey. Yes, I had to convince myself I deserved it. But after using it, I can confidently say it’s worth every penny. My dentist even complimented my teeth at my last checkup, and that alone is priceless. Plus, if you divide the cost by the number of times you’ll use it (twice a day, every day), it’s basically a bargain. Math!

    Great Toothbrush
Works great. Just like my old one and comes with more ways to charge it. 10/10, this is the best toothbrush.

    Like walking our
This toothbrush does make a difference. My teeth are whiter and my gums are healthier. My gums were receding and bleeding. It feels like I just walked out of the dentist office. I love the charging case! I was told about this toothbrush by a couple of dental hygienist. They were so right.

    Waste of money
I purchased the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9500 less than 6 months ago, and it has completely failed. The toothbrush head no longer fits securely, making it far less effective, even though I only use official Sonicare replacement heads. On top of that, the body makes an incredibly loud, unpleasant rattling noise. I’d rather use it as a manual brush to avoid the annoying sound it now makes. For such an expensive product, this level of quality is unacceptable.

    Worth the price !!!
This product is a toothcare machine !!! It’s worth the price compared to a cleaning at the dentist’s office since it’s like a professional cleaning each time you use it !!! Also, my bathroom counter has never looked better.

Expensive … but for a reason
My only complaint about this toothbrush is that it is too expensive, however, after trying other toothbrushes, I canceled my return of this product and decided to keep it. The vibration is effective but not so intense that my hands feel it too much (I have nerve problems in my hands so that was a huge factor for me). I enjoy all of the different settings and use the whitening and gum health settings most often. The tongue care has a specific timer for its setting so I stay away from using that one. I’ve had no issues with the battery life so far as I usually keep it on its charger when not in use. Speaking of chargers, the travel case charger is a great feature for travel! It made packing much easier. It feels like it was made with good quality materials and like it will continue to be durable and not let any water in. I have zero concerns about its durability! My teeth feel incredibly clean- my dentist was very pleased the last time I went in!

I purchased the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9500 on September 11 for $273.61 SGD ($203.48 USD), and it has completely failed after just two months of use. The toothbrush head holder is loose and doesn’t hold the brush properly, while the body makes a loud, awful rattling noise. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product.
