Customers say

Customers find the oral irrigator effective, quiet, and comfortable to use, with good cleaning power between teeth. The build quality receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s well-made, others report it breaking after 14 months. Moreover, the water leakage is a significant issue, with multiple customers reporting water seeping out of the screw holes. Additionally, the size receives mixed reactions, with some appreciating its convenience while others find the water tank too small, and customers consider it not worth the money.

It works great and it isn’t too loud.
If you are slow you don’t have to fill it up twice like the handheld ones. Not too loud either. The tank part is easy to clean.

    does a good job
I would advocate this product as an adjunct to normal brushing and flossing. I dont think it replaces either, but would help overall. It takes minute to get used to it and maneuver the instrument. You will make a mess of it the first few uses, then you get the hang. I like the adjustability, the east of use, and the overall function of the machine. It’s not noisy. I do wish the cord was a foot longer as it is stretched to the max to reach my sink. I think the best thing about it is that it does a good job on the far back molars that are hard to get floss around. I like the pulsating feature with you can use as a guide tooth to tooth. I do find that I am not done using it when the reservoir runs out and I have to refill it. But that is just me. I also discovered that you do not want to use very cold water. Warm it a bit and it’s much more comfortable. I like to add a capful of mouthwash to the reservoir water, remembering to fully rinse it out and run the machine until clear when I am done. My only concern is replacement heads. They are available on Amazon and the instructions say to replace them every 6 months. Other than that, I am pleased to add this to my routine of oral care.

I’ve never used a water flosser before, so maybe they’re all like this — but it gets water all over the place! Water splashes all around the front, back, and sides of the sink. It runs down the flosser and down the hand holding the flosser. If you aren’t careful, it squirts unpleasantly down your throat. And it doesn’t seem to get better with practice. It has kind of a dumb feature: the water stops briefly every thirty seconds. This is supposed to help you allot 30 seconds to each quadrant of your mouth, for a full two minutes of flossing. I guess that keeps you from going too quickly. But if the water stops and you haven’t finished that quadrant, what are you supposed to do, leave the rest unflossed? Supposedly, you can override this feature by pressing two buttons at once, but that hasn’t worked for me. (The very existence of the override suggests that a lot of people don’t like it.)Now with that all out of the way, in all other respects, it’s okay. It’s easy to use, and it seems to be doing the job. It isn’t particularly noisy. It was a little pricier than other options, but for the money, you get two different heads, two styles of cleaning, and 10 flow levels.Pro tip: Use hot water. Also, run a little of that hot water through, aiming into the sink, then refill the reservoir with more hot water and floss. That way, you won’t be shocked by the cold water that’s been sitting in the tube.

Two units died after a month the same way – DO NOT BUY! Poorly made, defective junk.
Upon first impression, this is far better than the Waterpik. It’s made of thicker, more premium plastic, and it’s a lot quieter. I was initially very impressed. But straight away I noticed problems – if I have the power set to anything less than 75%, the motor keeps cutting out and stopping. OK I thought – I’ll deal with that. But then after about a month, it stopped pumping water entirely. The motor still made noise, but no water. So I called customer support and they fast tracked a replacement, didn’t even question it, as if they’re well aware of this problem. I got a brand new one within a week. This one has lasted around the same – just under a month, and it has stopped working entirely. I’ll demand a replacement of course, if they won’t replace them or refund then maybe we can start a class action lawsuit. Save your money – if you buy the Sonicare flosser, you’re rolling a die on whether or not it will actually work properly. So many with the same issue in these reviews.

    Powerful and easy to clean
one of the better water flossers that I bought, be careful when using it around crowns or loose fillings. Crowns can come off when not used correctly. Do not use highest setting keep it around 7 or 8. Easy to clean

Cleans my mouth – runs out of water quick
This device is great at keeping my mouth clean. It’s a lot quieter than my previous water pik. The machine does run out of water quick because the tank is smaller though. The spray itself can be adjustable from 1 to 10. I’m usually using an 8 to 10 for the power. You’ll still need to floss though. Just FYI.Overall, this device is really easy to use and it does help keep my mouth clean.

The pulsing water pressure removes food particles and the pressure massages your gums. Both of these things are really good for your oral health. However flossing is still a really good idea. The way i see it is this compliments proper brushing and flossing. Go look at gum disease videos on Youtube and you will agree that everything you can do to prevent bone loss is a very good idea.

    友人の薦めで購入。一週間に一度程度利用。冬は冷水だと歯が染みるので、温水でやると良いです。先日、行きつけの歯医者さんに行ったら、歯茎の状態がとても改善したと褒められました。

I was not able to make up my mind between this and another popular brand. No regrets; it is quiet and does a great job of keeping my oral hygiene. I am at just level 3 on the water pressure level, and it is plenty strong to knock off even the toughest of nasty stuck between teeth.
