I use these to help my digestive tract. One a day is all you need. Best results when taken at night before bedtime. Easy to swallow. No smell. If you take pills or eat a lot of junk food then this will help you get regular. Has no influence on sleeping. Capsule is a normal size. This is my second bottle. These are great! I started taking one a day after lunch or dinner and it wasnât doing anything. So I switched to taking one after breakfast and one after dinner, and it did what it needed to do. I take Ozempic which can cause constipation on a whole different level and it helps to stop it from happening. I also take it in addition with my daily probiotic which I take early in the morning on a empty stomach.
