Makes Working Out Fun!
I usually only work out at the gym because of the access to weights and machines. But recently I had to switch to at home workouts and I found this bar. Putting it together was simple and came out to the perfect length and even height when adding the resistance bands. I love how you can change how long the bands are. It is good quality nothing has broken. You can do so many different workouts with this bar. You can even use the doorway! Killer workout, great performance, and an even better value!

I got an excellent stretch using this vs 5 lb weights. Easy to put together. The only this I would change is adding a shorter set of bands. There is no way to adjust them. Even so I love this bar! It came with a carry bag for the straps and easy to read instructions. Also illustrated exercises. I would definitely buy this again.
