Fantastic even for an insomniac like myself.
Finally I got some sleep!! I suffer from terrible insomnia and have built a tolerance to almost everything over-the-counter from valerian root, melatonin, and even Benadryl. Desperate I reluctantly gave these a try and I honestly didnât think they were going to help, but to my absolute delight I TO FINALLY got some much needed sleep. I have used these the past 4 nights and have fallen asleep easier and slept better every night!! I havenât noticed any side effects either which is awesome. Sweet Sleep without hormones!
They work great for sleep. Natural product with herbs, and mushrooms, has a good mouth feel and sweet taste. Started these after my recent bilateral knee surgery because I was not getting therapeutic sleep to heal. After my pain levels went down around week 3, I kept taking this to aid recovery. It helped me sleep right away. I gave it 4 only because I still woke up at 3pm. But Im menopausal so for someone that isn’t going through hormonal changes it probably would be awesome.Id still purchase again though.
