Be able to effectively reduce the pressure on my legs and effectively relieving the pain in my feet.
I really like this foot massager. As a middle school teacher, I have to stand for a long time every day. When I get home, my calves and feet are very tense and uncomfortable. After using this foot massager, it has 12 multi-functional operation program, effectively reducing the pressure on my legs and effectively relieving the pain in my feet.

Poor directions
Having used TENS therapy at my chiropractor’s office, I thought I was familiar enough with this type of treatment to try a home remedy for my achy arthritic feet. I was wrong. This product appears poorly made and feels like an electrical shock. The included directions are more of a set of warnings, rather than an explanation of how to use this item. Out of the box one finds a square plastic mat with a diagram of feet filled in with reflexology information. This is not helpful. The mat is low quality. The seal from the plastic wrapper on it got stuck to part of it and ripped off a piece of the top surface! There is a place with metal snaps to attach a small control box that can be charged with the included cord. There is also a rechargeable remote for this unit. You must use this unit without socks. I made the mistake of touching the unit with both of my hands to see if it was on and got shocked immediately. So, it does work, but not in a way that feels therapeutic. I tried using this several times to see if playing with the settings would help me find a comfortable level of use. But no, it just feels like a painful electric shock each time. I may not be understanding how to use this properly, but it definitely does not feel like a massage. I cannot recommend this.

Disappointed
So very disappointed. No directions. The charger cord is only about six inches long. Just wasted money.

Uncomfortable, but maybe it’s supposed to be?
Medical devices are really hard to evaluate, but these are my impressions. My first impression on taking it out of the box is that it’s really cheap because it’s just a thin piece of foam. There are no wires or anything that I can feel, but there are two nubs where the battery pack attaches. The battery pack is charged by USB-C (cable included) so you don’t have to have it plugged in while you use it. There is a diagram of Reflexology areas on the pad. Reflexology is a debated science, but even if you believe it works, it doesn’t make sense to have it on the device since you can’t customize the region you get the stimulation.I have used other TENS units and they felt really good, like getting a foot massage. This doesn’t feel good. There’s no immediate relief for tired feet like I’ve felt with other TENS units. Yes, you do get the tingles and you can choose different strengths and patterns. But I was hoping for something to soothe my feet after a long day and this isn’t it. I do have some neuropathy due to diabetes and the description says it will help with that, but it probably takes consistent use over a long period of time to see those results and it’s unpleasant enough that I probably won’t use it that long.I gave it 3 stars as a compromise. I’m not really impressed, but maybe I just need to stick with it longer to see the benefit. I do not see immediate benefits for either sore feet or neuropathy.
