Sturdy machine, good value.
So, item is heavy but not to heavy for myself to move around. At least 50 lbs, wasn’t able to get a shipping weight. At first turn on, kept getting error code E05. Emailed customer service and they responded quickly (within 6 hours) asking for a photo and video, so far so good.Figured something was causing the belt to not move.I decided to tinker around and realized the belt had been over tightened which was causing it to stick and make the motor work harder and shut off before overload. A quick loosening of the belt and it works perfectly. Has a pulse check, steps counted. For the price, I paid $270 but saw it for $160 on their website; it exceeded my expectations.Daughter loves it.Con: no automatic incline, must be done by a bolt removal below the machine.Pro: definitely worth the price, very sturdy machine with a wide belt. Would buy again but directly from manufacturer. Customer service responded quickly, fixed before they could assist.

Perfect!!
We just recently cleaned our garage out and I thought it was a good opportunity to replace our old treadmill with something newer. This is a very good size treadmill, not too big and not too little. It was extremely easy to get out of the box and get put together. I walked/ran a mile on it the night we put it together. It looks good and the screen is nice. Itâs not loud like our old one was. It has different workouts to choose from, or you can set it to just go and you can go at your own pace. Very simple to operate and remote control is an added bonus if you are used to using one. Another plus is that you can fold it if you need the additional space. Very happy with this treadmill.

Almost perfect – except…
I love this treadmill – except – because the arms are so low, and because I swing my arms when I walk, I would bang my hands on them and that hurts! So, I came up with a solution that works for me. I cut some pool noodles and put them on the ends of the arms. The walking surface is one of the largest I have seen for these small walking pads and it has all the functionality that I need. If the desk and arms part of the treadmill were height adjustable, it would be perfect!

Good or bad…
Mostly pre assembled just took awhile to figure out how to lift arms but quality looks really good. Not so loud, perfect size but when I run at level 3 or more I can’t seem to keep my tablet or phone in 1 place.. alot of vibration on table part & cup holders aren’t big enough for my water bottle so I toss it on sofa. S

Love how it folds small
I thought I already reviewed this, but then my review was never posted. I wanted to just share how convenient this treadmill is. I had a previous BULKY one that was literally being held together by duct tape. I was reluctant to replace it, but have seen these minimalistic treadmills and finally decided to try one out. This is not so lightweight that it is flimsy, but it is easy to move without assistance. It is sturdily built and I love the small tray with built in cup holders. I put my phone up there and watch my favorite TV show while working out. Glad I made the upgrade!

Well it was great in the beginning (bought Jan 9th 2025), now itâs so loud you can hear it through the entire 3000sf house, and itâs in the basement. Iâve kept the belt lubed, that was my first thought, but it keeps getting worse. It sounds now like itâs the rollers, I hear the noise in the front and rear.

I ordered this treadmill for my daughter who just had a baby. She really wants to work out but feels so limited. This treadmill is exactly what she needed. Even if baby only takes a 20-minute nap – she can get on this treadmill for 20 minutes. She feels so much better about herself! She likes being able adjust the incline if its too much or not enough. She loves having a workout that is customized to her. Its easy to store away if she needs to and she said its quiet. She is very happy and thats what matters. Great treadmill – recommended.
