I am so impressed by this device! I wanted to be able to have a spa experience in the privacy of my home in between going to my esthetician. Sometimes, life gets in the way, and I am not able to head to the salon. This is a very sturdy, professional-grade device that I look forward to using again soon. The assembly was super easy, and I was able to put it together by myself. I could not be more excited about this product. Hot steam and cool mist. The perfect steamer.
Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. Love that it doesnât make a racket when water low. Does about 2 facials per fill. Love the hot and cool! With heavy use, be prepared to buy a new one every year or two. It does start to leak but thatâs not unique to this steamer. Even if you clean it religiously it will leak water from the body of the machine. There may be a way to disassemble and tighten it up, but thatâs not in my wheelhouse.

Product was defective
Long story short the device did not work. It was leaking water and as you can see in the video none of the digital portions of the product worked. It was very disappointing. I did my best to contact the company prior to this review with no avail. So I am out all the money that I spent on this machine. Amazon did absolutely nothing to help me with this return.
