Disappointing and frustrating product
I tried to start it at least 10 times, but it keeps doing the same thingâheating up and steaming for a second, then automatically shutting off. I followed all the instructions, added water (not even to the max, but more than the minimum), and waited, but it never worked properly.Iâm returning it, but itâs such a hassle since I already threw away the box. If you decide to buy this, save the box in case you need to return it. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing purchase.

Wow!Perfect for facials at home or in a spa setting. Works well and so easy to set up.Not too bulky and doesn’t take up much space. Can be used professionally for sure as the quality is excellent. Looks and made very high end.

Relaxing face steamer
This Eprince professional face is just what I need. It was easy to put together, took about five minutes. The heat level is perfect and the steam reaches a good distance. It has a 10, 15 and 20 minute timer option. Steamer arm stand is adjustable in height and has a spring mechanism on the inside for easy adjustments. It is easy to clean. The water reservoir can be removed to empty and clean. It is good functionality, it is a little large and takes up some space if that is a factor. I would say it has great value for at home use.

I love my steamer!!
Wow, this is so nice! I feel like this is such a luxurious product and so nice to have in the home! It’s a very easy set up. I love that you can just use regular tap water. I use the steamer on my face for about 10 minutes and it feels so clean and fresh! There’s also a small plastic ‘cup’ near where the steam comes out. You can dip a cue tip in essential oils and place it in this cup so that when the steam comes out you also get a nice scent of your favorite oils while steaming!Afterwards I put serum on and then moisturizer and I’m good to go! I turn off the lights in my bathroom and just enjoy the ‘spa-like’ relaxing feel. This is my new favorite product!
