I used it when i first got it, it worked just fine now it will no longer stay on. I press the power button and it clicks right back off. Which is so frustrating when im trying to complete a service. I bought this for my business, and now I really cant use it anymore. It just wont stay on for nothing! Waiste of money and im very dissatisfied with this steamer.

This facial steamer will turn any room into a mini spa. Light your favorite scented candles, grab your lotions, creams or serums and your favorite beverage. Slip into a cozy robe, wrap your hair in a fluffy towel, close your eyes and relax. This facial steamer will do all of the work for you. I filled it with distilled water, rolled it to my bed and within about 5 minutes the steam began to pour out in a super soothing mist. You can easily adjust it so it’s at the perfect comfort level. My skin has been super dry so I set it for 20 minutes and it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. It really opened up my pores and when I applied my serum it felt like it absorbed deeper into my skin. I’m all for at home spa days and this is perfect to feel like you’ve been pampered. The price of this entire unit is what I’d pay for one spa visit and nobody will pressure me into buying the very expensive products they used during my facial. I don’t miss that. I’m much more content in my own home on my own time. This has done wonders for my parched winter skin. It’s on wheels so when not in use I can just store it in the closet and wheel it back out whenever I want some Zen. I’m using this a few times a week to unwind and my skin looks so much more hydrated and healthy. Five stars!

Very relaxing and overall quiet to use. Not sure if is an ozone facial steamer or not.
No tools are required to assemble this facial steamer. Assembly was overall easy by following the descriptions and pictures in the manual. Just make sure that when you are attaching the nozzle to the main body, that the 2 small arrows line up. I didn’t notice the arrows and the steamer initially wouldn’t work. It would heat up the water, but then stop within a minute of starting the steam due to its safety automatic shut-off feature. Once I lined the arrows up, it worked right away.I used distilled water since other steamers I have used recommended it to prevent build-up in the machine.It was very relaxing to use and is relatively quiet. You just hear the low hiss of the steam coming out and a few water sounds and neither of those sounds were disruptive. I like how it is totally adjustable and straightforward to use. You can set the timer in any time in 5 min increments. It takes about 3-4 minutes for the steam to start and the timer includes that heat-up time so keep that in mind when you are deciding how much time to set it at.I noticed that the ad refers to this product as a Ozone Facial Steamer. There is no other information about that in the manual. Ozone can cause respiratory issues, which would be counter to the idea that this steamer is for self-care and relaxation. I am not sure if this is generating ozone or not, but you may want to do further research on this steamer if that is an issue for you.I would lower my rating for this steamer if I found out it was an ozone generating steamer. But since I don’t have any further information that it is, I am very happy with this facial steamer.
