Love it
Been using it for a few months and it’s still working. The steam comes out very thick.Takes a few minutes to heat up but I love this steamer.

Stopped working just after a year and only used 15 times!!!
Because of covid and the small spa I work in the product did not get a lot of use. It sat in the spa room it’s entire life undisturbed. The steamer work well the first 13 times and on the 14th time the button to turn it on no longer clicked to turn on and the 15th time the steamer immediately shut off after turning it on followed by white smoke coming from the button area!! I reached out to customer support and the product is only returnable after 2 months and warranty is only for 6 months. It seems shorter the warranty the less faith the company has in their own product. Extremely disappointing!

Heats up really quick, was easy to put together, make sure to clean it after each use & only use tap water. After Iâm done i pour the water out and I use a clean dry towel to wipe it down. Then use alcohol to wipe it down with to clean off any product

AWFUL WASTE OF MONEY
This product has given me trouble since day 1.It worked inconsistently for a little bit and now it doesnât work at all. Iâm very upset about this.It is a vital instrument to my business and it is not reliable. DO NOT INVEST
