As described. High quality very strong hard density foam roller. Exactly as expected.Price was best out there too.Also think this is the perfect width to keep in a home. Plenty of width to do a full back roll. The full size foam rollers I always felt were about twice as long as necessary.Perhaps there are other uses for the longer ones, but Iâve never come across a use that requires a width any wider than this

It’s okay
This is an incredibly basic foam roller. It works as intended, but at the same time it feels really cheap/is prone to cuts and tears. It’s super light, which is normal for foam rollers but this one feels like it will float away if I don’t hold it carefully enough. Not a bad piece of equipment to have but it’s very much a low-level product and it might be worth spending a little more on something more durable.

Back when I used to take classes at my gym, the trainer would always encourage us to âroll outâ with a foam roller after our workout. It helps with working out the kinks in the muscles that are sore or tense after workout. I got the 3ft wide one because it allows you to roll out every part of your body and balance easier. Itâs very firm, but it should be for the way that I use it. I personally love it, though itâs a little thicker than the one I used at the gym. I used it last night and it works just as well as the one Iâm used to.
