Great for beginners or those who want to get more.
Great item for starting pull-ups or achieving muscle failure. Bought this for my child who is in ROTC; sheâs now able to do pull-ups without this device which she used until she was good to go. It does work and is durable. Adjustments are super easy, and the resistance can be manipulated by removing or adding bands.

This item is high quality. The one issue that I have with it is that my feet don’t fit in the straps very well. The straps twist my feet in the wrong direction. I think they would work fine with my shoes off but I really don’t want to do that.

100% better than temu version. Looks the same but bands are thicker and stronger with more stretch in length. Foot holders also more durable.. recommend for any gym. I don’t know yet about replacement bands if ever needed though

Helps me in my weakest area
I was cautious about buying the setup based on some of the reviews, but I am very happy with the quantity of the whole thing. Yeah the carabiners could be more heavy duty, but they look like theyâll hold up fine. The height adjustment buckle is secure when I adjusted the strap to try out various heights and tensions band combinations.This is helping me with get through those last few inches that have been keeping me from completing a full pull up!

I have been using these for a while now, I have played around with adjusting heights for best tension and also using various weight resistance tension bands to help me improve my pull up strength, I have found these have helped me get better over time.You have to definitely watch the instruction video on how to strap it to you pull up bar to ensure it does not come off in use, I got it wrong when I moved it to a different location and forgot how to strap it back on, I put my weight on it and the strap slipped and as a result I get a nasty bruise for my troubles ( this item can hurt if assembled wrong),
