With all the winter viruses going around Iâm glad to have a working pulse ox at home. It seems to work well even with my acrylic nails (but I do use it on my pinky to get an accurate reading). Easy to operate even for my non medical family.

Itâs a pulse oximeter. Easy to use. Heart rate was accurate with a manual reading of my pulse. Has an auto shut off. Has been reliable so far.The numbers could be a little larger. There is only one laser and it needs to be on the nail bed. So I read it palm up.
