Inaccurate readings.
This oxymeter didn’t work half the time and when it did work, it gave inaccurate readings causing me to go to emergency . At emergency I got accurate readings from the hospital oxymeter. The inaccurate readings caused me stress and a trip to emergency.

IT MEASURES HEART RATE AND OXYGEN SATURATION VERY ACCURATELY
I had the opportunity, this last week, to compare this devices accuracy against one at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City as I had a family member admitted with a serious condition and took the opportunity to compare this with those at the hospital, and the measurements were almost exact! This meter is a great value for the price and works as well as ones costing in the hundreds of dollars. I can highly recommend this to anyone needing an accurate measurement of ones heart rate and oxygen saturation.

Pretty colors, … but that’s about it
Like others have notes, the accuracy is not very good. Gives lower readings than actual, and takes forEVER to get a reading, sometimes “timing out” before a reading displays. Also does NOT have the automatic direction sensing 4-way 360 degree reading as described, it’s up or down only, not sideways. If it worked OK, I wouldn’t really care on that aspect. But this thing is not even good for a paperweight. A $7 I ordered at the same time works much better (AND reads in all 4 directions, with the pressing of the button, however)

Doesnât work
Very unreliable product. Iâve compared it to other O2 monitors that I have and this is never correct, I.e., my others will read SpO2 96% and this one will show 88% or as low as 80% when it does work. The other half of the time it will never read SpO2 and just shut off.

Great display … but low accuracy
This Oximeter has the best color display of all of those I looked at on Amazon. However, I’ve compaired its accuracy against an oximeters at my doctors office and another one at the fire department. In both cases, this oximeters’ readings where three to five percent lower than those that had been calebrated for professional use.Unfortunetly for me, it’s past the return date, so I’ll just toss it and get a new one.

Beautiful display
This pulse oximeter has the best display that I’ve ever seen on one of these. It’s bright, colorful and easy to read. I’ve found my hands have to be warm to get an accurate reading. Comparing it to my other pulse oximeter the reading were inconsistent if my hands were cold. It also didn’t read my kids fingers well either. I suppose they were too small. It does not come with a case. I will use this as a backup but wouldn’t rely on it as my main unit.

Doesn’t work properly
I tried to get it some time, adjust to a new one but it rarely reads and the colors are atrocious.
