Fits well on little child finger. Comes with case. The fun colors and design make it fun for the kids to put their finger inside. It very easy to use. The accuracy seems to work. The money is worth being able to check your kids oxygen level. The functiona all work and it is rechargeable.

Mostly Accurate Pulse Oximeter That is Not Just for Kids.
The Holfenry Pulse Oximeter is a good instrument for measuring pulse and oxygen saturation. While it is marketed for babies or small children, it can be used by anyone, particularly due to the fact other than the colorful deign, there seems to be little to set it apart from regular “adult sized” oximeters.The SpO2 results seemed accurate, as well as the pulse rate most of the time, though occasionally it did seem kind of low compared to both what my fitness tracker claimed and what I know my BPM should be at both rest and during activities. The Sine Wave patterns that I take is supposed to indicate EKG seemed to highly vary enough that I’m unsure if it truly is measuring something or just for show as I have no other medical equipment to double check it with.I did find there was a bit of an issue with the covering over the battery compartment not wanting to stay on and it fell off a number of times while handling the device and I eventually just taped it shut.Overall, I found this is still an acceptable and mostly accurate product for home health monitoring of all ages alike.

Accuracy matched 2 other devices we had on hand
We have a daughter with asthma which made us aware of these a decade ago, and since then we’ve been very fond of having these on hand for all of our kids to help assess their breathing when they’re sick. We have a couple of this type of device at our house, and have bought them for each of the grandparents because it’s such a useful and relatively cheap tool.This unit is designed for smaller fingers, but I can still get a good reading on my large sized adult hands, though it’s not a comfortable fit. The accuracy seems as expected if you wait several seconds for it to stabilize. I compared it with 2 other units at the same time and all 3 were within 1% o2 and 1bpm after stabilizing.

Cute design, works well
This oximeter works well and works fast. It’s easy to use, and easy to read the results. I like the visualization on the screen as well. The colors and design are cute, so my son actually asks to use it. It feels well made and durable. Works as expected.

Great for a baseline reading
I volunteer doing some first aid work at high altitude and it always great to have a PulseOx available for checking if people may have altitude sickness versus something potentially more emergent. It is important to note that a pulse ox can be affected by many things such as nail polish, cold fingers, movement, etc.To turn this on, press the yellow power button and then place on the person’s finger. This is noted as being for children but it will fit any normal sized adult finger as well. Let it sit for about 30 seconds so it can get a good reading, then review the data. When comparing this to my apple watch it is very close with the heart rate and room air.If there is a medical emergency I would not be counting on this solely to make decisions, but its helpful to get a baseline when you don’t have access to advanced care.

Nice little thing, but not sure about accuracy
My young son took immediately to this. He likes to walk around with it and keep it on his finger. Seems fairly sturdy thus far, as it hasn’t broken yet. It does a read pretty quickly and shows your pulse along the bottom of the screen as well. It comes with a lanyard, which can be handy. The only concern I have is that this one shows 99 on the O2 levels whereas my other pulse oximeter was showing 96, so I am not sure if the numbers are off on this one or my other one, but they don’t quite match up. The heart rate is pretty similar, though. Overall, it’s a nice little pulse oximeter.
