Works good
I bought one for me and liked it so much I bought one for my dad too. It seems to be pretty accurate as it is within a point of my other readers

Dangerously unreliable.
I bought this to monitor an infant with RSV. First of all, the pediatric probe that comes with this is extremely low quality, and is very difficult to place accurately. So, cool–it uses CMI-type probes, and I have some of those (Masimo–the exact same ones they use in Ped ICUs). I was surprised to find out that the device will act as if it’s reading a pulse and getting SpO2 data when it’s not hooked to a patient at all!!! I have ZERO faith in this device. It’s definitely getting returned. Highly dangerous for anything other than a curiosity. Do NOT buy this to monitor a child. As others have noted, the adult probe seems to work, but I don’t know how reliable THOSE numbers are, either–just that they seem to be consistent with my el-cheapo finger oximeter. Not worth the price, to say the least.

East to use
It’s very easy to read and use, however you can’t move of bump it while it’s on the charging port. You have to wiggle it so it will charge the port isn’t stable enough. And I’ve tried looking for the app information and couldn’t find it anywhere in the packaging. When I was looking at it the Amazon listing said there was an app you can connect with, however there is nothing in the package that tells me what app to use.

Very nice, gives you an oral alarm if your pulse rate is too slow or fast
For some weird reason, my pulse rate measured by pulse oximeter is about half of what you get by measuring by counting. It worried me because I was using inexpensive ones from Amazon, and I wanted to be sure of what my heart rate really was. This one claims to be more accurate; all I know is I got the same low pulse rate on all three of mine, and my friend got in the 70s like hers really is measured at the wrist by fingers. I do know know the source of the discrepancy. Mine is really in the 70s as well, except by a finger pulse oximeter. And I seem to be the only one affected.

Pulse Oximeter
I was able to get the consolation I needed during those anxious evenings because it was simple to use and produced reliable results. It was easy for the gadget to show real-time oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate, and all it required was a gentle placement on my child’s finger. This enabled me to keep a close eye on their status. On the other hand, the gadget itself is well-designed and simple to use. Because of the wide and bright LED display, it was simple to read the readings, even in areas with low levels of illumination. It was handy to bring with me wherever I went because of its tiny size and the fact that it had a rechargeable battery, which meant that I would never have to worry about the device running out of power.

Love this
Nice pulse ox. Battery life is approx 12 hours constant monitoring. I wear it while working as I have COPD and am on oxygen but my days still drop low while active so I have it set to alarm when I dip to 88 so I know to take a break and check my tank to see if I need to swap. Also I can wear it to bed and record a sleep oxometry. Phone app required. Phone app is free and connects automatically. No pairing or bs to contend with. Great product.
