Worth it and working well.
So I was on a BP medication (prescription), and had a serious reaction to it. From that point on I decided that I wanted to try an all natural route because I am sensitive to prescription medication. Having a wife as a nurse was helpful because she was able to take my BP before this pill and usually every other day. My readings before this pill were 170/ 110. Since taking this pill for two and a half weeks, my pressure has gradually dropped to (as of today) 144/92. That is still in the high range, but no where near where it was and in reading some of the reviews it took a little bit of time for the full affect to come through. I have also started exercising more regularly and watching what I eat (for the most part) so hopefully all of that will help my numbers go lower. I meet with my Dr in the beginning of September, so we will see where I am when that appointment roles around, and see what he has to say about these pills. On a side note, the garlic smell of the pills in the bottle is overwhelming, but thatâs a small price to pay for the affective ness of the pills. I also saw some reviews of getting flush taking these, that did not happen to me, and some reflux of garlic, but again I have had none of that. If your BP is high, and you are looking for a more natural route, I would definitely give these a try.

Beware: Do not buy.
Beware: I wish I had read the negative reviews for this supplement before purchasing it. It raised my blood pressure to 190/95, and I had to go to urgent care. My blood work and EKG results were normal, but I was sent home with lisinopril. Later that night, I ended up in the ER with a blood pressure reading of 211/100. Never in my life have I experienced blood pressure that high. Additionally, the supplement caused stomach upset, diarrhea and rapid heart. I’ve learned my lesson: never buy a supplement from Amazon without reading the bad reviews first. it needs to be taken off of Amazon. I could of had a heart attack or stroke. Scary and cost me a lot of money for the ER and Urgent Care trips.
