Son pastillas pequeñas faciles de tragar, que después de una semana que e consumido me han funcionado muy bien, no e tenido problemas de inflamación de estómago, tampoco e tenido problemas para defecar, ya me diagnosticaron Colitis y de SÃndrome de Intestino Irritable.Al igual para un mejor funcionamiento de las pastillas cuido mi alimentación y procuro hacer ejercicio como caminar media hora.
