This particular product has no after taste, goes down easily with other pills that I take, and does an amazing job at helping my joints feel better. How do they feel better? They don’t hurt as much when I take Purity Labs Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement 3,000 MG. My pain level without Purity Labs Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement 3,000 MG is at nearly 9/10 daily! I have bone on bone issues with both knees. However, when I take Purity Labs Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement 3,000 MG twice a day, once in the morning, and once at bedtime, my levels stay down closer to 5/6! For someone that has chronic pain, this is a wonderful product! Please think about supporting them. I’m not paid for this – just a loyal customer who has seen results! I hope you do too!

Omega 3 EFAs crucial need to supplement
Omega 3 EFAs are located in every cell of the human body yet food processing removes the majority of what is found in the food. To compound the disappearance of omega 3 fatty acids from our food sources is the use of grains, high in the proinflammatory omega 6 EFAs yet little or no omega 3 EFAs. Grass fed, free range animals obtain omega 3 EFAs from the grasses which humans cannot digest. And more discouraging is that farm raised fish are fed with grains and have no source to obtain omega 3 EFAs. The result is most Americans do not get adequate amount of omega 3 EFAs from their diet.I take fish oils as the cold water fish have the highest quantity of omega 3 EFAs available. Vegetables and seeds have small quantity of omega 3s but cannot compete with the cold water fish oils as dietary sources.I supplement with Purity Omega 3 Fish Oils because I find no evidence of toxins or rancidity in their product and the price is better than competitive. Living in a land locked state, there is no source for fresh seafood and I doubt I would eat enough even if I had an affordable and convenient source for fresh caught (not the low EFA farmed) fish. Even though every cell in my body needs omega 3 EFAs, my main reason for taking omega 3 supplements is the cardiovascular and neurologic benefits. Skin health would be another benefit I enjoy from getting adequate omega 3 EFAs. And I appreciate the free bottle I received out of the blue for being a steady customer.

Overall great product And great value! I used it throughout my pregnancy and will continue using it going forward.The capsules are pretty big and you have to take three of them per day so if shallowing pills is hard for you, this wonât be your fish oil supplement.Personally, I have tried quite a few fish oils that claim âno fish burpsâ that still do. Unfortunately, that is Case for me with these too but they are not as bad as other brands Iâve tried so Iâm ok with it.Overall, the pros outweigh the cons for me.

Great Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplement
I have taken a fish oil supplement for several years now, and am extremely impressed with this “Abundant Health Omega 3 Fish Oil” supplement. Each bottle contains 180 capsules which is a 60 day supply. Each day you get 915mg of EPA and 630mg of DHA which is more than most supplements. The capsules are tasteless and don’t upset my stomach; followers of the “Zone” anti-inflammation protocol may particularly want to try this product. Since beginning a regimen with fish oil and turmeric curcumin I have noticed fewer health issues, and certainly less joint pain. If you already take a fish oil supplement, this is a product worth considering; if you are considering taking one this is a good starting point, though it goes without saying that you should talk to your doctor before beginning a new supplement and solicit advice for your particular situation.

Great product
These omega-3 pills are easy to swallow and provide a great effective dose. I was buying bulk O-3 from another vendor and they start arriving rancid, so I needed to find another option. These are great. I only wish the packaging was more environmentally friendly. But the product is fantastic. Take more 0-3s everybody; most people could use it!

Warning! You need to take 3 pills a day which makes this product much more expensive than other similar brands.
It says 3000 mg which leads one to believe that they are 1500 mg per pill. They are not! Based on what seems to be the norm with fish oil labels, I easily made this error. You need to take 3, 1000mg pills to achieve this amount of fish oil. It is easily missed in my opinion and done this way purpose. In fact you might need a magnifying glass to actually read the label. If they had integrity, it would be easily visible and not purposely hidden. That makes this product extremely expensive. Total rip off or at least I feel totally ripped off! It was my error regardless of poor misleading labeling and I already opened them up so I did not return them. You have to open them so you can visibly see the tiny 1000 mg pills. That’s when I discovered something was wrong. I was expecting larger 1500 mg pills Having said that, I believe they are good quality pills with the highest EPA 915 and DHA 630 levels that I can find but when you do the math they are extremely expensive! Not to mention I now have to take 3 pills instead of 2. Not fun. I’ll go back to buying the other product that I normally use. Lastly the package was not as pictured. I got a cheap looking plain white cap another red flag for me. Change the packaging, change the picture. Otherwise it looks like you have something to hide like your label. Maybe you do. Blood tests are the only way one knows if this product actually works or not. Rip me off shame once shame on you, rip me off twice, shame on me. Great way to loose customers and get bad reviews not gain them. If that’s what you wanted to do then you achieved it, great job! I wont be back. .
