Recently moved to the Midwest and found I had no energy once daylight savings hit. The doctor told me I might have SAD and needed to get a light. I thought the doctor was crazy and did not want to invest in a $50+ light that might not even work -_-So I got this light. Inexpensive, portable, multiple colors to choose from and brightness levels. The design is slim and sleek. It looks nice so no reason to hide it. And it looks good enough to display even when not in use.I also appreciated it wasnât huge. Like itâs a little square.I did not realizing how much my productivity would improve with this light! I use it whenever Iâm working at home. It sits on the bookshelf next to my desk and just points at my back. But the extra light really works!I have energy again, I can function and am productive! The timer feature works and is nice. The memory of the light setting when it was last used is nice too.Iâm happy itâs also easy to move about the house. Will probably order another for my bedroom and one for traveling.Great purchase!

An inexpensive full-spectrum light I keep next to my bed and use it for 15 min each morning. Winter here (and its subsequent lack of light, ) is still no picnic, but this light machine gives me a small but noticeable benefit each morning that I can build upon with (prayer & meditation) to help better regulate negative effects of SADD. Long story short: Cheaply made but cheaply priced and does what I need it to do. I’d recommend.

Great Value for a Mood Booster!
This light therapy lamp is exactly as described and totally worth the money. Itâs super bright, fits nicely on my desk, and it lifts my mood during gloomy days. The different brightness levels and color temperatures are nice and allow me to use it with lower brightness as a normal light during zoom calls.The only downside is that it doesnât work with external smart plugs. I have to turn it on manually.But overall, itâs a fantastic little mood booster for my home office!

Adapter doesn’t work and lamp doesn’t hold a charge
I should have known better than to have expected an inexpensive Chinese to actually work. Apparently this lamp had a partial charge, because I turned it on to test it right out of the box, and it was quite bright. I put it on the charger overnight, and in the morning it wouldn’t turn on. I was very disappointed, as I had been eagerly awaiting a chance to start using it and feel better. I knew the cable was working, because I plugged the cable into a different adapter, and it turned on. However, two and a half hours later I went to use the lamp, and it was dead again. So, I received an adapter that doesn’t work and a lamp that doesn’t hold a charge. Having only a cable that works is absolutely useless to me.
