Good Brace But Small
I have a hernia, and when the pain hits, I have to use a brace. The one I’ve been using is clunky and way too stiff to use for longer than a short amount of time. This one is very thin and it helps ease the pain. The only problem I have is that it’s made super small, which takes away from how long I can wear it as it gets uncomfortable. That’s the only thing wrong with it. If it was true to size, it would be perfect.

Great brace to support you!
I was just looking for a little extra support during the day since I recently had surgery and have been having issues with my back (since I can only sleep on my back right now.) I have been wearing a binder to help with the pain, but it is a little bulky to wear during the day, so I actually like this to wear during the daytime, since it is supportive, has a slimmer profile, is very comfortable to wear, and helps minimize the pain. The velcro works really well, and it stays on without everyone having to know you are wearing it. The fabric feels soft against my skin, which is perfect because thatâs how I will be wearing this.One thing I would probably do next time is order up a size, just because my stomach area tends to swell as the day progresses due to my recent surgery, and that will soon subside after 2 more weeks, but that was just something I didnât think about when orderingâ¦(Hindsight 20/20, LOLâ¦but something to consider if you are also having stomach swelling too. Just size upâ¦)I love how this brace is really supportive, is lightweight, feels soft, helps my back feel better, and defines my shape better than a binder does (and I am a very curvy girl). It helps with my posture, and I am using it during fitness routines, such as walking on a treadmill, and balance ball exercises to also help support my core. I have had no issues with range of motion while wearing this, nor did I need to adjust any of the straps, so yay! This is a great product and I highly recommend it if you are in a market for a brace that can comfortably support you the entire day!

Very lightweight and thin, so fit is important – don’t push it
RANDY SUN Ultra Thin Back Brace, Beige, Large (ASIN : B0DS5SR24H) I wanted to try a thinner back brace, to support my back for light housework. This brace is certainly light weight. It was easy to put on, and tighten using the side straps. I am at (or a little above) the recommended waist size and weight recommended for this Large size, so if you’re on the upper edge, I would order up a size. Since this is such a light brace, it doesn’t have any extra structure along the edges, so the top and the bottom curled up a lot when I moved, most likely due to my 20 extra pounds. The material is soft and seems to breathe well, so I think this would be great for light activities, or when relaxing.

Not Effective for Me
This back brace is nice in the sense that it is thin and not noticeable under clothes, but it falls short in functionality. I got the XL because my waist size is smack dab in the middle of that sizeâs range. I could barely pull it closed enough for the Velcro to grab hold. I wore the brace several hours, and not only did the top edge constantly roll down, the brace itself did nothing to relieve my back pain. It may work for some, but it doesnât for me.

The real deal!
Having had experience with back braces for almost 19 years (compressed disc), I must say this brace is a godsend. Itâs light and very comfortable, yet provides just the right amount of support without being bulky under clothing. Itâs very well made of premium feeling fabrics, and with proper care should last a good long time before replacement. Iâm always skeptical about claims brace makers make about their products, but this company really backs up its claims with real life results. I give this brace my highest recommendation.
