Great taste
This is a great pre workout, honestly. It tastes great, doesnât clump, and I really notice a difference when I use it before my workouts. Iâm not too sure about specific ingredients but I was recommended this by a friend. Doesnât give me jitters. Flavor is great, Iâve had the peach bum before and got the beach bum this time around and itâs SO good. I honestly look forward to drinking it before I workout lol. Only complaint I have is the price, but thatâs for every good quality workout supplement

Good Daily Pre-Workout
A really good middle hitting pre-workout. I couldn’t find it on the packaging, but after some searching one scoop is ~130mg of caffeine. Works well on a regular daily workout and gives a pretty good pump, but for any super heavy days or PR attempts I would either double scoop or look towards the Thuper line of pre. As for the taste, it’s light and not super intense. I’m not a big fan of fruit flavors, so the Rocket Candy was a good change. Taste is similar to a very light smarties/fun dip candy flavor. As for texture/graininess, I stack with creatine so I can’t say much on that. Overall a pretty good pre-workout, but for $50 for 40 single scoops or 20 double scoops, the price leaves a little to be desired.

Does it work? Yes. Does it taste like Lemonade? Not really
As a preworkout, this works well and the ingredient list appears to be pretty thin and doesn’t have a lot of crap which I appreciate. Unfortunately for me it tastes like Lemonade that’s only sweet but not sour.Minor nitpick but it’s enough to keep me from using it before workouts. If you want some more sourness, add lemon juice which you can buy from the store.

Love the CBUM line!
I use the thavage pre-workout 5 days a week and have had a great experience. Beach Bum is my favorite flavor so far as it is very tropical, almost like a pina colado. South Beach Slush I don’t recommend solely based on flavor.

Yo conozco muchas marcas de pre entreno, algunos muy buenos, otros regulares! Este sin dudas está por arriba de todos! Entre 15/20 minutos empieza el efecto y parece que me activo el modo turbo para entrenar!!! Algunos dicen que el sabor no está tan bueno. Para mi personalmente está bueno!

Ultimately when choosing a pre workout, my main concern is the amount of caffeine in the product. Although one scoop is not a “clinical dose”, it still does a great job of providing a sufficient pump, focus, and energy boost. The taste is great, but don’t expect it to taste like Swedish Fish because this does not have 50 grams of sugar like the candy. The price point compares really well to my local supplement store even with shipping.Great product overall and will purchase again.
