Easy to use oximeter. The digits are larger and bright enough to easily read it without glasses. You can configure which direction you want the font to appear. The device is quick to charge and the battery life is really good. Last a long time before having to charge again. I like to keep this handy. Quick and easy to use.

Seems to work but the sensor for hand position is not accurate.
It seems to measure fine but it never knows which way I am holding my hand so the readout doesn’t switch to the right angle, but other than that it does seem to measure well.

This pulse oximeter is made of ABS material together with silicone. It likes a clip and is applied on the fingertip. It is a device to monitor the blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate. Basically, there are four measurements with this oximeter. They are functional oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate (PR), perfusion index (PI) and respiratory rate (RR). The manual has brief introduction of these parameters’ meanings and the normal values of them.The oximeter is easy to use. Insert the finger into the silicone hole will activate the oximeter and the measurements take only few seconds to complete. The oximeter will automatically turn off after removing the finger out of the oximeter.This oximeter is batteries operated with built-in lithium battery which is rechargeable by the attached USB-C charging cable. While charging, a blue indicator light will turn on and off when completed. The OLED display is large enough and clear to indicate the parameter values. The values can be displayed in six directions by a short press of the touch button on the oximeter. Moreover, battery level indicator is also displayed. In addition, a long press of the button can also enter the settings pages where alarm may be set or alter the default warning parameters.This oximeter is lightweight and compact. It is portable for sports or travel purpose. It is convenient to measure after exercise or aviation to monitor your health. An exquisite storing case with lanyard has already been provided in the package.

This isn’t to be used to diagnose or treat a medical condition but the instructions are bit unclear about that. This is a basic device for use at home, to simply monitor your pulse rate and oxygen intake. It’s not foolproof, and there will be discrepancies.I ordered this for monitoring stress. Decades ago, digital products, somewhat like video games, were developed to help people control their breathing. It was really a variation of Biofeedback. If memory serves, there were a variety of video game like exercises such as keeping a ball on a screen stationary and balanced by using breathing and pulse rate. They were very expensive and the technology just sort of fell by the wayside without gaining a lot of popularity. I’m using this to watch my heart rate and breathing in stressful situations.By being more mindful of my stress, it can help me learn to calm myself naturally. I suppose this could be used in a first aid kit, but outside of using it while receiving proper medical care by a licensed practitioner, it doesn’t have much use. The instructions specifically state this is not meant to be used to monitor asthma or arrythmia. You can choose the direction of how the information appears on the screen in case you’re left or right handed, and it has an alarm for low or high pulse and low oxygen.The alarm has extremely tiny print and is very difficult to read, but once you set that, you’re good. The device is easy to clean, but the plastic really attracts smudges and smears and never looks shiny. The little case is nice, and it comes with a charging cable and tiny lanyard for the case.
