    Excellent Chicken Bryan
    There are a lot of recipes in the book. I think my 2nd favorite was lasagna which came out really good. My favorite was the chicken Bryan which I used to order a lot inside the restaurant. My family thought it tasted like the restaurant. So that was great to hear.I think the chicken Bryan is the most complicated because you have the seasoning then you have to grill some chicken you’ve got the I think a lemon butter sauce which, if you’re not careful, can separate. Well worth it if you have the patience.I have read some complaints where some of the recipes are not exactly the same as what the restaurant uses. And perhaps the copycat recipes floating around the internet might be a better representation. all I can say is that for the chicken Bryan recipe, it tasted pretty darn near the dish that the restaurant serves.I would recommend this book because it’s not that expensive and at a minimum, it can serve as an excellent reference. Even if you have to tweak the recipes somewhat. I think it gives you a better starting point than the copycat recipes.I have not tweaked anything. But naturally, salt and pepper to taste is an important item for any cook.

    It’s Carrabba’s
    If your like me you go nuts when Carrabba’s stops serving their seasonal limoncello bread pudding. If you do not feel that way then you must not have tried it. If you have a local Carrabba’s go, though you may want to ask if they are serving the limoncello bread pudding first.Now that you are an addict like me you can get your fix off season. The recipe for limoncello bread pudding and all your carrabba’s favorites are included in this book. But unlike many restaurant books it is approachable. The recipes have been adapted to the home kitchen and made possible for the mere mortal. Further the book is packed full of instructional material and tips to help you exceed your mere mortal cooking capabilities.This book was worth it’s price for the Limoncello Bread Pudding recipe alone. I can not wait to try all the others.

    Great Recipes
    Had all of my favorite recipes from Carrabbas but they have been modified slightly because they are not exactly like in the restaurant. For example the Alfredo recipe says to make it with milk and no cheese. They tell you in the book it’s not the signature sauce they make at the restaurant but instead a replica. In the restaurant they use no milk and add Romano cheese (I talked to the manager about it). However everything else makes really delicious meals. I am excited to try many of them. I spent the time to make the pasta weesie the other night and it was really good and very close to the restaurants but they do make it better. While I am super happy to have all the great recipes I found out quickly with the cost of the quality ingredients and the amount of time it takes for preparation to make these meals you would really just be cheaper and better off enjoying it at the restaurant lol. It’s fun to use for a super fancy meal for a night for you and your hubby if you are wanting to impress them though! Definitely one of the best cookbooks I have ever bought!

    Overall happy. Shipping could be better
    Overall satisfied. Book was put in a bubble bag with no cardboard backing, so the spine corner arrived damaged. Frustrating and disappointing, but not the end of the world. If the seller would have “wrapped” the books like Amazon does (sandwiched between two pieces of scrap cardboard and wrapped), there would have been zero damage. Life will go on, just hoped for better.

    The Next Best Thing to Eating At Carrabba’s
    My husband and I eat at Carrabba’s at least 2-3 times a month and we LOVE their food, so when I heard that they had come out with a cookbook I went right away and ordered a copy. I’m writing this on Christmas Eve because we just finished our first ever Christmas Eve meal for friends and family at our house and I used three recipes from the Carrabba’s Italian Grill Cookbook – TOTAL win!! I fixed all but one of my side dishes from their cookbook and everyone went nuts and wanted to know where I got the recipes.If you’re looking for easy-to-follow recipes with a lot of WOW-factor, then pick up a copy of the Carrabba’s cookbook – you won’t be disappointed. They did an excellent job of making the directions simple enough for the novice cook who doesn’t have access to the Carrabba’s professional kitchens. I was concerned that the steps would be too complicated, but each of the dishes was easily made in my home kitchen and required no fancy tools or expensive, hard-to-find ingredients. With simple step-by-step instructions, I was able to create dishes that were similar to what we order at Carrabba’s, and my guest were totally impressed.Overall – HIGHLY recommend this cookbook!

    Spanish Olive Oil!
    My family loves Carrabba’s seasonal dishes, including the Limoncello Bread Pudding. Being able to make them at home, when the restaurant is not offering them, is well worth the cost of this cookbook. While not everything they serve is included (use Look Inside for a table of contents) the recipes that are included were absolutely worth the price to me. These have been adjusted for the home kitchen. The ones I’ve tried execute well. Also included are some minor tips, such as Carrabba’s using a propriatary Spanish Olive Oil instead of Italian. ( This explains why I haven’t found an Italian oil of similar taste. ) The author also advises not buying diced canned tomatoes as they have been chemically treated not to break down during cooking. These are the kind of practical tips that add value. Too many cookbooks offer useless information to pad the page count. Carrabba’s has wisely chosen to produce a thinner book with clean and spare page design. This is a book meant to be used in the kitchen, not toured from an armchair. Great gift for a beginning cook.

    For those of you that frequent florida as we do, this was a gem of a find. This restaurant is a favourite of ours so discover they had a cookbook was great. We have made several of the recipes and tried to re create the atmosphere.

    Carrabba’s has been my favourite chain restaurant in the US for years! Now I can finally enjoy their recipes at home, in Canada. This cookbook includes a majority of their most popular dishes, including the amazing grill baste and grill seasoning, for the most mouth-watering steak you will ever have! The recipes are easy to follow, with a picture of almost every one. I turn to this book for everything Italian now!

    I LOVE this cookbook – it is become a staple in my collection, a book I use often. Some recipes take time, but there are a few that are quick enough to prepare during the week. The meatballs are incredible, and the Lemon Butter Sauce is amazing.
