Nice little unit
In taking the pieces out of the box, I was surprised that they were as sturdy as they were. Assembly was fairly easy and after getting it assembled, it felt like a solid machine. I’m 6′ tall and weigh 210 lbs and while a little small for me, my wife has no problems with its size. I was wondering how I was gonna feel using it and glad to say, no problems. We bought it to have something in the house for exercise and so far, it does the trick. It’s not the quality of a $2K unit you’d find at the gym, but for what we wanted, it works. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a decent piece of equipment for the price, I feel you would be happy with this.

Just the right size.
Easy to assemble. My husband and I both use it. I am 5â6â and 144 lbs, while he is 6â and 240. Easy seat adjustment. It is quiet and the tension knob is easy to reach while riding and can be changed on the fly. The monitor can scan through miles, time, odometer, distance traveled this session and the pulse reader is located on easy to reach handles along the side. There is a tray which can hold my ipad in front of the monitor. I reset the monitor after each workout to be ready for the next time. The pedals are sturdy and there are straps to go over shoes. This has been well worth the money. We use it on the patio and purchased a cover for it.

Great value for the price!
Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, easy to use the first time around, a great option that’s not going to break the bank! I’ve had the most success with cheaper recumbent bikes. I’ve been using them for years and have had 3 so far. The 2 lowest priced, simplest models (this one and one other) have proven to be the best. Not naming names, but my most expensive (over $600) bike failed within a year. This one is comfortable for longer workouts and has some of my favorite features: ventilated seat back, tablet holder, and small footprint. I’m 5’2″ and it took me a minute to find the right adjustment but the adjustments are easy and quick so it was no problem. My husband is about 5’9″ and he had no problems finding a comfortable position either. I also love the odometer feature, something more expensive bikes do not have.

Easy to use.
So this bike is very easy to use once put together. Now putting it together was difficult because instructions were hard to read and did not make sense. I have been using it to maintain the range of motion in my knee i had replaced this last summer. It definitely can give you a decent workout if you increase the resistance. It is quiet to operate. The seat is not great but not horribly uncomfortable to sit in. The measurements on the screen are helpful, especially time, speed, and odometer. It doesn’t take up a lot of room, I just have it in a corner in my living room. It’s easy to just jump on for a few minutes here and there throughout the day. It is not super fancy, but a good deal for the money.

Recumbent exercise bike
Itâs a great bike for my knees especially Iâm having arthritis on my knees. Regularly using them since I bought it to benefit from its its functionality. It registers your speed, distance, pulse and heart rate and distance. Itâs worth the price and pretty stable. Easy to assemble but thereâs just one of the screw washers that was missing which my husband found available in Home Depot. Other than that it was perfect.

Works ok but seat doesnât lock in place
Just assembled it and the instructions were straightforward. The seat is comfortable and the pedaling is smooth. The seat lock spring is too weak to hold the seat in place. Also the seat locking instructions are opposite of the label on the bike. The spring appears to be installed in the reverse position so I put the spring into the hole on the opposite side of the cam and it works better. Iâll need to buy a much stronger spring so the handle stays locked in the down position. Build quality appears ok but weâll see how it lasts after repeated use.

Assembly surprisingly easy!
Received everything in a box of parts and was sure would ended up with hours of frustration and no bike. Wrong! Very logical, everything fit and even the small parts were organized in relation to the step by step illustrations. (No one reads, we just follow pictures.)Have been using to improve range of motion on my knee followed replacement surgery. A great help and please to gain a few more degrees of bending after only a few weeks of use. Highly recommend. Great value for quality product.
