It’s the real deal in terms of quality and quantity. Compared to LMNT they have a better balance of ingredients and REAL SALT included. Sometimes there’s a little sediment left after you drink it all, I drink a lot of electrolytes, and have seen that across the brands, so I think it’s normal?Only disappointment is: shipping is S>L>O>W. You will wait 2-3 weeks.

I was looking for a higher quality electrolyte and Iâve seen these shared a few times and decided to give them a try. There are many flavors, but I got the variety pack to see which I liked the most. These are super tasty! The salt will settle in the bottom, so you do have to shake it before each drink, but that doesnât bother me! They definitely have more of a salt taste along with the sweet flavor, which I personally enjoy! The pina colada was my favorite flavor! I will definitely be buying again!
