This is probably my absolute favorite probiotic. It’s the highest quality with the best blend for women for a decent price. As someone with all kinds of gut issues, these provide considerable relief. I have less bloating, gas, and discomfort over all. They also have a good blend for women’s health, keeping everything under control, and preventing yeast. Truly a full spectrum product. Not sure if it’s necessary, but I do store mine in the fridge.

Chronic Yeast Infections Sufferers, Suffer No More
I’ve been plagued with chronic yeast infections for the past year and a half. Once my sex life with my current partner became consistently active, it was all down hill for my vagina from there. A UTI and yeast infection treated by a doctor a year and a half ago, and I’ve been getting a yeast infection roughly every two months since then. You can imagine what a defeating and tiring routine this created. Just a week ago I was battling my fifth or sixth (I’ve begun to lose count at this point) infection and I was at my wits end. I have come to the point where I don’t even want to have sex anymore because in my mind I’ve just automatically associated that with the immediate development of a yeast infection. I’ve taken so many probiotics, even two different ones at once, without much affect. It wasn’t until I came across this that I realized I was taking probiotics with only 1 billion cultures. That clearly wasn’t nearly enough for me.It’s been one week since I’ve begun taking this product. I take one in the morning and one at night, because I feel my body really needs a boost to get itself back up to working order. The yeast infection has been cleared with over the counter medicine and honestly I feel better down there than I have in months. My lady bits are no longer dry and uncomfortable, there’s no discomfort that I always get with YI’s and I honestly even smell really fresh and healthy. I hadn’t realize that all my fighting with infections had severely depleted my feminine odor and discharge.I plan to update this after a full month of use, but just this one week has shown me a complete and awesome change for the better. I hope that anyone who has the same issues, that has been wondering if they should try this, gives it a shot. It’s well worth the price and the results have been more than I ever hoped for.

I Loooooove these pills, love Love LOVE. I’m the chick that gets chronic Bv or yeast infections after sex 🙄literally 2days later, also If I’m too stressed or eat too much sugar. smh It’s been my curse since I was a teen. No antibiotics ever truly help, they kill the bad stuff but don’t replace the good that we need to keep things flowing smoothly. I’ve been using this brand for years, I love everything about these women’s probiotics. They help with bloating, excess gas and keep your Bm’s regular. If you go to the gym you’ll value these too, yup no more sweaty cooch odor lol ifykyk. TMI to some ppl.. but I just had a miscarriage and my system was all Fd up. I didn’t even have sex.. YET I still got a horrible Bv flare up, not wanting anymore Dr trips or nasty antibiotics I ordered two bottles of these pills instead. They stopped all the suspicious behaviors that were happening😇 My best results when fighting any imbalance is to take a higher dose for 5-7 days •Two pills first thing in the am on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water, then just do one a day. I feel as though it gets right to work in my gut that way, and for me it does! By day three any odor has stopped and the rest follows. These pills even give you a better period and increase your vaginal wetness.. Ijs most ppl leave that out BUT it’s very Important also.
