This is my first ever foot massager, and boy I am one satisfied customer. I stand on my feet for over 12 hours a day straight (healthcare worker), we donât have chairs to sit on, and sitting is frowned upon, and I think is against company policy maybe. I know ins and outs of foot pain and I have SEVERE plantar fasciitis.Within the first 5 minutes of me using this product, it proved to be helpful. It has a ton of pressure and the rollers are well placed. My feet feel adequately compressed ALL AROUND, like someone is giving me a really good foot massage. At the highest setting, the pressure is really intense for me, so people looking for really choking pressure should be happy also.The heat is good too, not sure why the other reviewers said itâs ânot enoughâ, itâs not meant to cook. It gets pleasantly warm.Buy it.

Really does a great job
Bought for Xmas gift for wife – but I am equally enjoying it. It really does work the muscles and relieve pain. Like the adjustments – you can have it really clamp down and kneed hard or loosen up a bit for more casual. You do have to get close with the remote to adjust but not a big deal

REMOTE DOESNâT WORK, REMOTE TEND TO GO BAD AFTER AWHILE ANYWAYS.
The product remote didnât work with the battery it came with and I both other batteries and it still didnât work. Months had gone by before I used the product. I messaged the company to ask how I can obtain a replacement remote and got no answer. Bad business when a company wonât even help customer resolve their issue. I would have paid for another remote if necessary which was my intention but no response scores them a one star. I could have bought cheaper without the remote it wasnât even a big deal to buy one with remote they probably go bad after a while anyway like remotes tend to do. Too bad I wanted pass the exchange and refund timeframe or I would have gladly refunded the item for one without remote. I rarely write reviews and the last time I wrote one was about 5 years or more ago. This review proved worthy because the company ignored my requests and because the product did not function as advertised.UPDATE: After some back and forth I finally got a remote that works at no cost to me so I am changing my one star to 4 stars. If the first remote had worked I would have rated the product 5 stars. Too much back and forth even after trying the troubleshooting methods they recommended. Remotes apparently do go bad and remote was supposedly new and it was NOT a battery issue.

The BEST foot massager EVER
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and struggle daily to walk. I use this massager for 20 mins per day and it relives my pain for a few days at a time. Itâs amazing!! I absolutely love it!!

Foot Massager stopped working after a year
Prior to the malfunction, the foot massager was great. Unfortunately, now it will not turn off and none of the settings work while it is running. A complete waste of money.

Not what expected
I was really looking forward to receiving this massager. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. Yes, the kneading function works fairly well but the air or compression is none existing. Same with the heat. So, only one function works of the 3. I donât think for only having kneading, this machine is worth the purchase. You might as well get a more simple and economic product instead.Remote control works fine.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Massagegefühl und der Leistung dieses Geräts.Zuerst möge man bitte bedenken, dass dies KEIN professionelles, sondern ein für den privaten Anwendungsbereich entwickeltes Massagegerät ist. Anforderungen und vor allem Erwartungen an das Rundum-Leistungspaket sollten somit nicht überzogen sein.Bei neutraler Betrachtung bin ich mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden: 4 Stufen Massageintensität (= 4 Geschwindigkeiten, keine Leistungssteigerung!), 4 Stufen Anpressdruck (Pneumatik mit wahrnehmbar steigendem Druck), plus die FuÃheizung, die gut spürbar ist. Wer die Anleitung durchgelesen hat weià auch, dass diese ca. 7 – 10 Minuten nach Start benötigt, um wahrgenommen zu werden! Und genau so ist es auch. Erwartungen, nach 1 Minute heiÃe FüÃe zu bekommen, werden somit sicherlich nicht erfüllt.Ich selbst habe SchuhgröÃe 11 (EU 46 extra weit) und passe problemlos rein. Stufen 3 – 3 + Hitze sind für mich perfekt, und da ist noch die Reserve 4 – 4. Nach 15 Minuten sind die FüÃe auch angenehm warm und gut durchgeknetet. Bei meiner Frau, die etwas mehr empfindlich auf Druckschmerz reagiert, reichen die Stufen 1 – 1 oder 2 – 2 + Hitze aus.Rundherum somit ein sehr akzeptables Produkt zu einem vertretbaren Preis. Dass ein solches Gerät natürlich eine professionell ausgeführte FuÃreflexzonenmassage nicht ersetzen kann, sollte jeder Person von vornherein klar sein. Aber dies ist ja wohl auch nicht das Ziel der Ãbung. Ãbrigens kann man die Massageintensität der verschiedenen FuÃabschnitte (Ferse, Plantarsehne + Mittelfuà und Zehenbereich) durch Gewichtsverlagerung und Repositionierung der FüÃe im Gerät während der Massage gut und wahrnehmbar beeinflussen! Einfach mal probieren :-))
