Kids will actually eat these! And they’re super packed with the essentials…
I have THE PICKIEST children on the planet. My oldest is a vegetarian, so I was very anxious to find a multivitamin with iron. This is THE one. Like the bottle says, even the pickiest eaters will enjoy this vitamin. It’s not as tasty as candy- definitely not a Flintstones vitamin- but they’re very good. The kids don’t mind them at all. They’re large, but the kids let them melt in their mouths. We went through SO many vitamins before finding these. These are the best by far.

âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ âA Game-Changer for My Picky Eater â He Actually Loves These!â
As a parent of a picky eater, finding a multivitamin that checks all the boxesânutritious, tasty, and parent-approvedâcan feel impossible. But Renzoâs Picky Eater Kids Multivitamin changed the game for us!ð¹ Kid-Approved TasteMy son is extremely selective about what he eats, but he genuinely loves the taste of these vitamins. No complaints, no negotiationsâhe actually reminds me to give him his vitamin each morning. That alone makes this product a winner in our home.ð¹ Sugar-Free & Clean IngredientsAs a parent, I really appreciate that these are free from added sugars, artificial colors, and unnecessary fillers. The ingredients are clean, safe, and focused on what growing kids actually need.ð¹ Melt-In-Your-Mouth TabletsThe dissolvable tablets make it easy for younger kids or those who donât like swallowing pills. They dissolve quickly and smoothly, without any gritty texture or aftertaste.ð¹ Supports a Balanced DietEven though my son doesnât always eat enough fruits and veggies, I feel confident knowing heâs still getting essential vitamins like B12, D3, and Zinc to support his energy, immune system, and development.â Highly Recommended for Parents of Picky EatersIf your child is tough to feed and you worry about them missing key nutrients, Renzoâs multivitamins are an easy, stress-free solution that works. They’ve made a noticeable difference in our daily routine and peace of mind.

Do Not WASTE Your $$
I have a very picky eater (right now, he only eats breadsticks, ramen, strawberries, popcorn, water, orange juice, and fast food burgers without vegetables) and wanted a multivitamin to help supplement nutrition. Heâs above average growth, but has some sensory issues and ADHD tendencies.Although heâs always offered a variety of healthy whole foods and opportunities to eat, I finally found an orange vitamin C gummy and some vit C/D & zinc jelly beans that he would happily consume daily during flu season. I also found a gummy multivitamin that heâs OK with as long as itâs the orange flavor (not strawberry or lemon). Iâve tried various liquid & powdered vitamins in the past and all were immediately rejected (I always read reviews but even the well reviewed were a huge disappointment).I do not love the sugar content or other unnatural ingredients of the gummies he will eat, and these appeared to be more well rounded, but they are unbelievably gross. Upon opening the safety seal, I was put off by a weird, unappetizing smell. I was surprised how large the tablets are and the dose requires 2/day. Thatâs all surprising for something marketed to picky eaters! So today, I gave him one and said it was candy, a sweet tart to chew up. He wasnât overly suspicious and put it in his mouth while distracted watching his new fav movie. Uh noâ¦he made a gagging face and took it out immediately. I asked if it was too sweet, sour or what. He gave it back to me to throw away saying it tasted too weird, yuck; most probably sour as sweet he obviously tolerates.Iâm none too happy that I paid $26 for a bottle going to the garbage. I know everyone has different preferences, but if something is specifically branded to be for picky eaters, then I expect all the usual adverse things have been addressed! Usually Iâd try one myself to decide if itâs really that gross but even I canât get paste the smell (I canât even describe it, kind of vanilla/banana/fruity? Sort of like shampoo or hand soap), size of the tablet, and what I assume to be chalky texture. For now, weâll just keep trying for a variety of food and using Nature Made Kids First Vitamin C gummies and Multi with Omega 3, plus Natureâs Bounty Kids Immunity jelly beans. Iâm still going to look for more supplement options, but these are the best weâve tried so far.For iron, I might recommend a Wow! liquid iron mixed in orange juice but dose would need to be kid appropriate (I take the full adult high potency serving and itâs very easy to consume). With all supplements, especially iron, make sure you verify serum blood levels to ensure youâre actually absorbing and not overdosing. Yes, most DRs donât bother with bloodwork for kids but you can either find another DR, order your own for some things, or at least just ask (in some cases demand). To be safe, err on the lesser dose of things. Of course, food is the best medicine but unfortunately our food supply, even if willing to eat it, is often deficient so supplements are sometimes a necessary evil.Sincerest hopes for successful nutrition for all those picky eaters out there! 🙂 <3

Not for picky toddler with texture aversions
If you have picky toddler with food aversions they might not take this vitamin. Although the taste is really good and no bad after taste.. my toddler refused to take it. So I had to look else where to find something else. But Iâm gonna keep it for myself to take since I have low iron. Itâs non refundable..
