Resistance Bands
Nice assortment of resistance bands. I like the fact that they are flat and indicate how strong they are.

Great for travel workouts
These are fantastic! These are made of rubber, and not latex. They’re not sticky or rough to the touch. Their resistance is quite easily visible and the bag is great for storage and travel. A big punch in a small package.

Good range of resistance levels at a bargain price
I got these bands for my wife to use for physical therapy on her shoulder and just general exercising. The five bands have a good range of resistance levels from extra light to extra heavy. The un-stretched length of each band is about one foot, which seems to be about standard for a band for a womanâs use at least. They also come with a small carrying bag to keep them together in your workout bag. Also included is a 4 page pamphlet containing illustrations of several leg exercises which can be done with these bands. These bands seem to be well made and should be durable, and the range of colors makes it easy to pick the resistance you want. And my wife says these are just what she wanted. If resistance bands are a part of your workout, these should âwork outâ, and are available at a nice price.

Solid set of resistance bands that don’t roll or pinch skin!
These are great. I have been doing hip/glute exercises with them for physical therapy at home. First of all, they don’t roll while I’m using them, unlike the bands that the physical therapist gave me which roll while I’m using them and cause uncomfortable pressure points on the outside of my thighs. These keep their shape and are more comfortable because the pressure is spread out over a larger surface area on my legs. The material they’re made of is also a little slippery, so they don’t catch on my clothes & pinch the skin beneath. I also like that there are a variety of bands to choose the appropriate strength for an exercise. The carrying pouch is also a nice touch which makes it easy to store and even transport them if needed. I can’t say how long they will hold up as I’ve only been using them a few weeks, but in the time I’ve had them I have not noticed any quality issues. They’ve made it much easier and more comfortable to do my exercises at home.

You get what you pay for.
I’m torn with how to rate these. On the one hand, you get five bands and a bag for the current price of only $9.99. They are good quality for what they are, and I don’t think they would break under reasonable use. On the other hand, the three lightest bands are so thin and provide barely any resistance that I don’t think anyone would get any use out of them. The two heavy bands provide good resistance, but are a little uncomfortable when they dig into your skin. For the same price you could get a set of three higher-quality fabric bands.
