Tough great bands
These are great resistance bands that are used for pull up assists and many other work out assists to build strength. I bought two sets because I thought they might wear out easy. I was wrong, they are great quality and are abused regularly.

Love these bands, so versatile and compact. Even traveling you can throw them in a bag or suitcase and still workout, canât do that with barbells. A set of bands cost less than a 20 pound barbell and about 19 pounds lighter.
