Excellent isometric bands
I love the variety of âweightsâ that this set of isometric bands cover. They are nice and thick and hopefully wonât snap/break easily (time will tell?). Very easy to use and they donât require a lot of space in order to use them. They also come with a storage bag and door attachment so that Iâm able to vary my exercise routine. My spouse liked them too and so I had to order a second set!

Resistance is great. Functions perfectly fine. But sticky and I don’t love that. Needs a more smooth coating. I’ve purchased slightly more expensive (SLIGHTLY) coated bands and it was worth the extra. But for functionality, these will do the trick.
