They work great. Have bought 2 sets. One set was a gift, the other set I use. Has helped a lot for knee replacement recovery. They work good for arms too

I have some experience with some other resistance bands. These bands are shorter than the bands that I have used in the past. I find these bands to be an excellent value for the person who wants a workout at home option. I have been a gym member of various gyms for forty years. Gyms are great places to workout and socialize but sometimes I feel like working out at home. These bands are a good product to start your own home workout.

Great bands for the price. My only issue, having to hold the handles after a workout, which leaves my hands with a black tone, but when I wash my hands it washes out, it is not a biggie. The bands are labeled by the 10 LBS. 20 LBS etc. Good for stretching and the bands are durable. Good buy!

A Great Workout, with a Noisy Catch
These bands offer a fantastic workout right at home. The variety of bands provides a wide range of resistance levels, making them suitable for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. I love the included handles, ankle straps, and door anchor which allow for a ton of exercise variations.The bands themselves are high quality and feel durable. I’ve been using them for about 24hr now and haven’t noticed any signs of wear and tear. They also provide excellent resistance for a challenging workout.There’s one major drawback: the handles are incredibly squeaky. It’s honestly quite distracting and makes me feel self-conscious when using them, especially early in the morning or late at night. Hven’t found a permanent fix yet.Pros:Versatile and allows for a variety of exercisesDurable bands with good resistanceIncludes handles, ankle straps, and door anchorGreat for home workoutsCons:Extremely squeaky handlesCould benefit from an extra door anchorOverall:Despite the noisy handles, these resistance bands are a good value for the price.
