They don’t send a physical book!
They don’t send the book! You have to download and print it yourself. I did contact the company and they emailed me the book but I still have to print it myself. Bummer! The forks are good. They vibrate though your body for longer than you can hear the tone. The hockey puck is good, and it’s a nice case they come in. The book is very informative.

Detailed Instructions are Included
I bought the Resonance set after returning the Besmory set because it arrived lacking a mallet and a wrench.The Resonance set is more expensive, but worth the money because it comes with an instructive video and a very detailed instruction book that can be downloaded. I actually downloaded it, moved it into my Kindle, and printed a copy for an interested friend. Since I am a complete beginner, that book will be very helpful.
