Great choice, function, and price
Rock solid construction and design, well engineered and nicely manufactured. Smooth action and function, I should get many years of use. I am amazed something this large could be shipped via FedEx. Took several sessions to unpack and assemble. Instructions were great, easy to understand and the hardware nicely organized for each step. You will be best served by using your own tools, i.e. ratchet and wrenches else the process will take much longer. It’s will be helpful if you have some DIY experience and or a friend to assist. It recommends two people to assemble, while it would have been nice I did it alone.

Great product
I ordered this leg press machine last week during Amazon day 07/18/24. There are two box for this product so box one arrived on Saturday and I started the assembly process, I got to a point where I could not find any more pieces and realized I was missing a box. I contacted customer service, which was great. I was told there is another box on the way and it was going to get deliver by end of the day. The second box never arrived so on Monday I contacted customer service again and they informed me that FEDEX lost the second box so they were going to send me a new box. Today 07/25/2024 I got the missing box and I have a replacement box being deliver tomorrow, so I contact customer service hoping they can cancel that deliver. The reason why I am giving them a 5 stars is because their service has been on point and their communication as well. I understand that doing business with third party vendors falls under their responsibility but I am not going be difficult. The product is great, sturdy and easy to assemble. If you want to take less time please get a second person. It took me collectively around 6 hrs by myself.

The machine is good, durable. But deep leg press does not work. I had to tinker a little to change the design so that I could press deep leg press. After I changed it for myself. Now I like it. My height is 5.5. And of course, the delivery from FedEx is just awful. Everything was scratched, the box was all torn. They threw the boxes in the entrance. Well, the seller has nothing to do with it, so I will not lower the rating.

Great price point and value !!!
This machine was a great buy at $700.00!!! Very well built and surprisingly smooth operation. I assembled by myself in about two hours but would have been easier with another hand. A tip for safety rail installationâ¦. Install the two bottom brackets where the spring and bump stops go first and tighten. Leave the two top ones really loose⦠bolt nut faces inward. Youâll be able to slide the upper part of the safety rail through the top bracket and then the bottom end with the spring and bump stop will drop in no problem. If you donât do this you wonât be able to put the nut end facing in on the top bracket. Also, much easier if you have two people to install the carriage and rails. A bit of a challenge by yourself. Some have complained about bottoming out too soon on both hack squat and leg press but at 5â8â I havenât had an issue with that. Also once fully assembled, run the carriage all the way to the top and bottom to make sure thereâs no binding. If there is you can adjust that with the bolts that hold the rails in place. I also put strips of 4â grip tape on both foot plates. They are a bit slippery. I really love this machine!!!

Item works great. Double check all boxes when item arrives. I was missing bolt package. Supplier shipped replacement out immediately. Great for home gym. Suggest 2 people for assembly.

Damaged and missing tons of parts
I’m not sure why this product has good reviews. What I received were completely mangled boxes with screws and bolts falling out as I packed them into the house. Without exaggeration, I’m missing 15 major parts. Support is awful. RitFit support has told me to contact their Amazon department. LOL, why can you just handle it? It’s terrible support, with bad delivery and a flawed product. I’m about ready to just tell them to come pick up their trash.
